Signing the contract and working out all the details online and via email was easy. She sent me some paperwork to give her details and then we had a phone conversation to discuss and get to know one another. On the day of - she texted me, showed up exactly on time, and was a dream to work with. So friendly, so kind, so helpful. She went above and beyond for me and my family and was so easygoing. She posed us wonderfully and rolled with the punches when a few things didn't go as planned (it's a wedding, it's going to happen!). Absolutely professional. We had to schedule way out because they don't photograph babies younger than 9 months and mine was 5 at the time. The most stressful part to me was the outfit choices lol! They have strict guidelines. We got there and took photos, it went great. I really wish we had taken them on the dark background (idk why they choose the background that matches your clothing). Anyway, when we were done we went to the sales room where they show us all the pictures and sell us a package. Right up front I told her we were not interested in buying anything, as this was a Facebook giveaway I won -- I wasn't seeking it out. She understood. I told her we weren't going to spend any money aside from security deposit. Then of course, she informed us that the $2000 credit was only useable when you spend $6000+ or something like that. So we ended up getting an 8x10 (with the security deposit) and the lady actually threw in another one for free. They were all very nice and we had a good experience overall.
