This limo service was terrible. I hired this limo directly with the company because I saw a deal…read morechicken and had to make sure they had a specific date available since I was coming from out of town. The person who called me back convinced me to book right with him so he didn't have to pay fees to deal chicken which I did. The limo showed up a few minutes late, but that didn't bother me b/c the driver called and told me he was running late. But when he did show up, the limo was full of dirty glasses (with wine still in them) and empty bottles like it hadn't been cleaned. At our first stop the driver told us he would get it cleaned b/c he hadn't had time before. When we were picked up at our 3rd stop, it was a different limo! All of our stuff was in the other limo (alcohol, bags, etc), but he told us not to worry b/c he put it all in the trunk. Then at another stop, as we were getting out, other people were getting in! It was like he was using his limo as a taxi, or double dipping. I was not happy for the amount of money I spent that night- for my own birthday!
