The reason they aren't getting 5 stars is because I was treated disrespectfully by Tina. We had rented white table linens and when they were put on the tables we noticed stains on all but 1. Large stains. When my husband contacted her she said that these were the only white ones they had, at this point in time, but that she would bring ivory ones or give us a refund. Well we didn't have a choice because the event was the next day so we told her to bring the ivory ones. She told us if we wanted perfect linens we should want new ones. When she delivered the ivory ones she told me I needed to quit being so OCD about them and that even new ones have spots on them. She took no responsibility for the stained linens. She was very rude to me and made comments about it not being her fault we waited too late to rent. Well I live in Arizona and just traveled in for the holidays and the party, and my sister, who rented the stuff, also lives out of town. She said they don't normally rent them but she did it for us (although table linens are listed on the rental page on their website). I don't expect perfect, but I at least expect clean. I don't think I would be so mad if she had been nicer about it all, but as a business owner/manager( or whatever she is) it is her responsibility to make sure what she gives to customers is good quality. Especially if she is going to charge $90 for 7 table linens. I don't mind paying that, but I expect good quality. Thankfully our event went well and nobody noticed that the table lines were ivory but the other things were white.

Came quickly, set it up and walked us through it all with ease. We had the best time for my brothers birthday! They worked with my weird schedule and gave us an ample heads up for when they were going to pick it up. I would definitely rent from them again. Price is about $50-100 more than a couple of other places I looked but this you get all day and those places your rental was only 3-4 hours. Absolutely worth the price.

***(Buyer beware for ROCKET CITY PARTY RENTALS )*****…read more******the 5-star review is on the basis of the previous owners****** ***the new owners, Randall Fletcher and Danny B., have only had the company for less than 2 months*** I (Tiaya Vaughn, wife of Trevor Wiggins) set up for an inflatable for my son's 2nd bday 6/20. I got a call on Thursay, the 18th, asking if ROCKET CITY PARTY RENTALS could bring my rental on friday after 4 pm to go ahead and set up so it would free up their saturday drops; which I said ok that's great. They called me at 8:30 pm on friday asking me if I was having a boy or girl bday party. I said boy and they replied that they gave my rental to someone else so they wouldnt be coming out to inflate friday but on Saturday the 20th because they would have to switch out my rental; which was the regular day of the inflate to be put up. On the contract, it said for water inflatable will be delivered no later than 11 am, I called them at 10 am on the 20th to get a tentative time and he said he had 3 people in front of me (which is crazy because he told me the day before that he would make me the first person he inflates after he picks up my inflatable thag he dropped off the wrong person). He couldn't give me a time just said he would call back. Called at 11, no answer. Got my mom to call at 12 pm, he explained electrical issues at first stop and still didn't have a time and would call back in 15 mins when he got an ETA from his GPS. No call back and no answer from my phone number or my mom's. Got my sister to call. She got him to answer and he told her 245 pm would be when he should be arriving. THE PARTY STARTED AT TWO. He then precedes to not answer until 440 pm on my step dad's phone where he said they had a flat tire and couldn't make it at all He said he would issue a full refund and any other day for free. I just wanted my refund. I asked for an invoice for the refund. Didnt get it Saturday. I got to talk to his co-owner on Sunday that said they on vacation and that supposedly they issued the refund to find out they really didnt but would have to when they got back on Wednesday the 24th. I called on the 24th, Mr. Fletcher says Danny said he processed the refund through PayPal. I DONT HAVE A PAYPAL. I told him to call me back in 30 mins with answers on how my refunds refund was coming. He didnt call back until an hour later offering me a check for refund. By then I already did a dispute with my bank and why would I trust them with a check when they continually lied to me (I paid by card) **Please be careful when doing services with them hopefully they won't ruin your child's bday like they did mine with their lack of communication and evasion/misleading information.**

I never even heard a call back from some other places. The pricing offered was VERY reasonable. I ended up renting it by the hour. It has both indoor and outdoor spaces with PLENTY of seating. I loved that the outdoor has speakers hooked up that match indoor sound. There were two bathrooms that were very clean. Only downside is limited parking.
