They are not cheap, but the prices seem right for the proper capable people they use who seem to have proper knowledge and experience. Being a smaller firm sometimes the receptionist is not there to pick up the phone and it seemed to me that other people have to then do it. If that happens it can be a bit of a mess and for example I have been put through to a dead phone with no voicemail. However I just called back.
