History
Established in 2007.
We are a merger in 2007 of 2 firms of solicitors both then established for about 10 years.
We are an experienced litigation specialist firm, with sub core areas of employment, bankruptcy, landlord and tenant and immigration.
We have 8 litigation fee earners and 2 consultant barristers in order in to provide a one stop litigation service.
Meet the Business Owner: Lawrence R.
Lawrence is a very experienced employment & litigation solicitor, qualifying in 1985.
He is able to firmly act in the bringing or defence of legal claims. His core arrears of work include commercial litigation, landlord and tenant, employment work (including settlement agreements), bankruptcy (including bankruptcy annulments) and insolvency and immigration.
He is assisted in his work by a team of 9 fee earners, and also works with the firms 3 consultant barristers.
The team has capacity to deal with larger and complex litigation claims.
The team also act for clients in USA, Canada, Australia and other jurisdictions.
Lawrence and his team are very approachable and have no difficulty in meeting or engaging in telephone conferences with clients during the evening.
As the work is carried out at team level, there will be almost always someone to speak to you about your claim if you were to telephone the office.
