This is honestly my favorite laundromat in the IE!! They have wash&fold services and let me get in a last minute wash when the place across the street kicked me out an hr and a half before they closed!! The staff is so nice and this location is always super clean!! read more

When I asked the lady could I use the Restroom, she asked me if I was washing. I said yes. She asked again. I said yes again. Came out after washing my hands with soap and had the key in the napkin; I brought it to her and she said to lie it on the counter and I thanked her and she said nothing. The she said hey as I turned around to leave, and I turned back around and she pointed to the clean napkin around the key and said take it. I obliged and said its clean and threw it in the trash. Had problems with my dryer at home and couldn't get my clothes to dry so I decided to look for somewhere to dry. I walked in with my basket full of wet clothes and there was a gentleman that asked me if I was going to wash or dry. I told him I just needed to dry and he told me I couldn't use the dryers. I was confused as was another customer that was sitting down. She proceeded to ask him why I couldn't use the dryer and he gave a bogus answer. Anyway, not a reliable place if you need to just use the dryers. read more

The staff was friendly, helpful and accommodating. When I was looking for a cart, they looked around with me and got me one. Then, when I came back with my load, they directed me to a washing machine, I didn't need to scramble around to find one. The overall vibe felt welcoming, down to earth and friendly. And, I also liked that they have a wet floor sign and how they move the carts to the side to keep the space safe and accessible to people passing through. I appreciated that even if they could have asked me to move my cart, they took care of it and just let me load my laundry and chill. Then, after I washed my load, they directed to the closest available dryer, which was also appreciated. The reason I gave them 4 stars is because the floor was dirty and looked like trash had been swept under machines. But, I liked that they were good about dusting their washers consistently and keeping them in working order. I also like how they regularly clean their dryer filters. If I could give them 4.5 stars, I would. If the floors were more thoroughly cleaned, I would have given them 5 stars. Other than the floors, I love the warm and welcoming vibe at this place so for that, I would come again. I've been to a few laundromats but none of them have been as friendly and accommodating as this one. So just on their vibe alone, I'd say this is my favorite one. read more

This is a very efficient laundry but old fashioned. I came here because my washer was out getting serviced. My hands and forearm were in terrible pain with off and on needles and pins numbness, the owner was there and showed me some helpful message moves to ease the pain. Ever since the new owner took over, most of the washers & dryers are working now, which is nice. I miss the old attendant that was always there during the day. He was friendly, helpful, and always around when you needed him. He ran off the loiterers and didn't let bums just come in and use the restroom. It's a lot different now. Big TV on the wall but I didn't see an attendant around during my last two visits (I was there 2 hrs each time). On the other hand, I did get to see 2-3 people, just released from jail, washing some of their clothes in the sink. If they keep the vagrants away, this place would be okay. read more

This place is a joke. My dryer went out mid load. It states this place closes at 9:30. I get there just a little after 8:30 I explain the situation. The worker tells me last load is 8:30 and that I'm too late. He says I won't make it before 9:30. I tell him I just need to dry my clothes. He then says I can't use the dryer unless I'm using the washer and I'm a customer. I tell him you just told me I can't use the washer because it's too late. It's not like the dryer is free. He can't find the inner human in him to help me out. This is just crazy. I hate the high desert. I shouldn't even be shocked. read more

Found out that it is now running by new owner. A lot of big machines and there is a staff onsite all the time. You can get help if something problem with machines. read more

The best laundromat in town, the fluff and fold service is AMAZING, and the vending machines are great.
