I was so pleased to go with my mother to assist her with the laundry. When we arrived the laundry…read morewas clean and busy. What was unusual was that a very pleasant woman came to my mother and I with cold bottles of water and plastic laundry bags. I was so surprised! I thanked her and told her that it was very considerate. She explained to me that her and her husband were the new owners. I then noticed her husband in the parking lot picking up trash and she continued to hand out water and plastic bags to everyone who entered during the time we were there. She helped customers with questions and making change. I was extremely impressed. I with the best to both of them and I hope they continue with the high standards that they have established.

She eventually walked away, but told me not come back. She was moping in places where people still have to walk, then had a weird look on her face when people walked in the area. I was in and out and some of the people that were there when I got there were still there after I left.

Owner came over to us and said we have 90 mins in in total to wash and dry. I assumed maybe they were closing down early, maybe for Xmas, I dont know lol. But, no he said thats the policy. I said they'll be no way as I have 8 bags of laundry to do. He shrugged on by.....too expensive and no one needs to deal with an attitude from an owner while we were told from other customers using machines that people fill the machine and just leave for several hours.
