I enjoy his new facility and practice for the calm environment, the personal non-production line attention that I receive at each visit as well as the fact that Dr. Hopkins spends time listening to what is going on with me. I usually see him as a tool to help manage my fibromyalgia, but if something changes, as is likely to happen, then he really listens to what is going on and adapts my treatment accordingly. This is something that was really missing from the previous practice that I went to, too much of a "cattle production" feel there. Not with Dr. Hopkins! There is never a wait more than 2 or 3 minutes from my appointment time which I appreciate because that means I am in and out in about 15 minutes instead of 35-45 at my last practitioners office. Time is important to me just like anyone else. The equipment here is state of the art while also gentle at the same time. There is nothing worse than getting a chiropractic adjustment and the treatment itself causes pain. I always thought that was a necessary evil... it is not.
