There have been times when the lot was near full, but the team here monitors that so that there is always parking available for monthly pass holders. Recently, I changed jobs and no longer needed to park in the lot anymore and called to let them know not to renew for the next month. The man who answered the call let me know that the system was down so they weren't able to process any auto payments anyway and that he'd let the employee who handles the monthly payments know to discontinue my account. My job ended a week into the new month and the week after I was no longer there, I noticed that they had charged my credit card for the upcoming month. I called back and spoke with the manager who refunded me partially for the month since I had used the pass for about a week which I thought was fair. He assured me that my card will no longer be charged as well. If you are a SUNY Downstate employee, the lot offers a discount for the monthly pass. Bring your ID to show them proof of employment.

He Linsteadt just accelerated, stopped upon hearing the first metal on metal scraping, then just gunned it, forcing the vehicle through the bay, getting free of the lift above, but tearing the the roof, roof rack, antenna fin and wiring / electronics denting and gouging deeply both the roof and the back hatch, totaling the 2021 vehicle. While waiting for a manager or supervisor to even speak to us (in English) for an hour and a half, to no avail, the same attendant also failed to take the parking brake off another vehicle, sitting in the bay spinning the wheels at high rpm's incessantly...this would be a 0 or - rating if possible... horrendous experience with the claims rep as well.

I told the attendant I was unhappy my car was unlocked, and he didn't seem concerned. I also complained that MPG Parking had charged my visa for another month even though I had given notice that I was leaving. He told me I would need to be reimbursed by the office and indicated that it could be difficult. I tried calling the office several times and sent six more emails - all without reply. This is a business to avoid!!!
