Because of this, it's extremely busy and the area is congested 100% of the time. Other than waiting a very long time to drop off and retrieve my vehicle, this lot was pretty decent. Be sure to search online for a coupon code because there is almost always one available. Download their parking app because you will need it for payment and to request your vehicle. I highly recommend making a reservation because it fills up quickly. Again- give yourself plenty of time if you use this lot because you're going to need it.

The location is very convenient, right next to the subway and not far from Manhattan. The production was great, and most seats in the venue seem to offer a good view of the stage along with clear sound. Even from the upper bowl, we could still see the visuals well and feel the bass from the speakers. I'd imagine the floor is the best place to experience a show here, but overall there really aren't many bad seats in the house. The water fountains and bathrooms were clean and well maintained. There was also a strong security presence throughout the venue, so unfortunately sneaking into better sections wasn't really an option. The arena is also very accessible, with escalators and elevators available on every level. Overall, a solid venue for concerts and live events.

There have been times when the lot was near full, but the team here monitors that so that there is always parking available for monthly pass holders. Recently, I changed jobs and no longer needed to park in the lot anymore and called to let them know not to renew for the next month. The man who answered the call let me know that the system was down so they weren't able to process any auto payments anyway and that he'd let the employee who handles the monthly payments know to discontinue my account. My job ended a week into the new month and the week after I was no longer there, I noticed that they had charged my credit card for the upcoming month. I called back and spoke with the manager who refunded me partially for the month since I had used the pass for about a week which I thought was fair. He assured me that my card will no longer be charged as well. If you are a SUNY Downstate employee, the lot offers a discount for the monthly pass. Bring your ID to show them proof of employment.
