Mailbox problem: Upon moving in, I called Kading for keys to access my locked mailbox, and they…read moresaid to check with the post office and that they don't do anything with the mailboxes. I called Kading back and they said that they don't pay for the mailboxes and that it is up to me. Since Kading didn't have the keys to the mailbox, the post office clerk said that I had to pay $40 for keys to the mailbox... Moving out charges did not seem fair: They deducted money from my deposit that are normal wear and tear.

I live in AZ and was in IA for my sister's death ... Matt claimed to have everything under control and said all the "right" things to put my mind at rest ... he has essentially defrauded my sister's estate of the money for the sale of her car, defrauded the utilities of their charges and refuses to answer any calls or texts ... this man is not to be trusted .... to do this type of business transaction on top of the grief of my sister's death is appalling ...
