We never received a bill but now we're in collections? We had called several times to inquire why they were on our credit report (as in good standing) and were repeatedly told it would "fall off"!And what about the discriminatory and slandering comments their "agent" made about us (we are disabled) in OUR home, on camera, when they didn't even provide the necessary and legal notice to enter? They talked all kinds of crap about us on our cameras to their future renter! We still have the footage!! What a disgusting, unprofessional, and dishonest company!! $191 for burnt out lightbulbs? $600+ for cleaning the home after we left? Wouldn't you have to clean it anyways? Charging pet fees when they were service animals? I'd be embarrassed and ashamed to work for this organization which they call a company! Will be seeking legal representation!! Save yourself the headache and disgust and go with a company that has some integrity!

In my voice mail message I provided my cell phone number contact, and explained that I currently resided in Nebraska but was interested in viewing the Radcliffe property. Guess what? NO RESPONSE. I was willing to drive FOUR HOURS to view her property and I did not even get the common courtesy of a response. The old saying, 'You never get a second chance to make a first impression" applies to Iowa Realty. I have heard others express that realtors are the new 'used car salesmen' and my personal experience has bore this out. Shameful. The house we bought has bedroom windows that won't close, needs a new roof (inspector didn't even get on a ladder, just "surveyed from the ground), and has thermostats on 2nd floor and basement that are ornamental only- they aren't hooked up to anything, and I was gifted an attic full of garbage. House has intercom and speakers but the wires are cut. I would've loved to had someone advocating for me and my family and shouldn't have relied on this one realtor to "play both sides" as someone had to lose out. Posted is my bedroom temp in early June. This is as cool as it gets as there is no working AC or heat to bedroom. I'm heavy and have always tried to sleep at 68 degrees.

She wasn't even my realtor but she was selling a townhome that came up last minute on my emails. I was desperate, My realtor wasn't available and I had less than ONE day to either buy a home or renew the lease on my small little apartment that I hated ( but was grateful to have) I had just been through a divorce and I really needed a home for my little girl and me!
