I wanted to book a party bus for my wifes 30th Birthday Party and wanted it to take all of our friends and us to a winery, then some bars, all while a surprise. I had multiple convos with David because I am a control freak and detailed but wanted to make sure everything went to plan. After a bunch of phone calls/texts with Q&As, and David being super patient with me... I made the deposit snd we were good to go. THE MORNING OF: Im texting back and fourth with David and what do you know, just my luck, the driver for the bus called in sick with Covid! I was panicking but David told me he will find another one. After about an hour or 2, there were no other drivers available. I thought we were doomed. But David said he will himself come and drive the party bus! Talk about a great business owner. Ive had multiple other friends have horror stories when it comes to these types of things but not me, thanks to David. So he shows up promptly and parks exactly where I asked so we can surprise my wife. Surprise was perfect! We got the I believe 20-24 seater bus and it was BAD ASS! I couldn't believe it! we had about 18 of us and it was super roomy. David introduced himself and was super nice. Anyway we had bus for 8-10 hours and went to all of the spots. I ultimately got scammed and worried about finding a credible service to work with this year when I decided to try it all again. What a terrible company. We arranged a pick up at a certain time to transport a group of teenagers. When we tried to confirm pickup the driver was hesitant to give his eta because he was going to be almost an hour late. We had to stuff the kids into an expensive Uber to get them home on time. I needed a party bus on short notice, David the owner, replied quickly with the information I needed. We arranged a call the next morning to run through additional questions. Given the short notice, the only bus available was larger than needed so I upgraded expecting an additional cost. However he made an exception and extended the same pricing we agreed to typically reserved for the smaller bus. The driver arrived exactly on time and we talked through the timeline of events for the night. He was fantastic. I was charged $1000 more for the largest bus in their fleet ( 45 people) but the bus we had was not the size bus we were guaranteed. The tv system didn't work. And the driver tried to scam me and have me pay the balance to HER Venmo account and in fact told the booking agent that the balance I paid the company I promised to her as a tip!!! I didn't actually hire them for their services so let me say that on the front end. I inquired about the cost of a airport drop off in a limousine for the early morning. The prices were outrageous. It would have cost me nearly 700 dollars to get dropped off and picked up again a week later. They said the price was high because it was a weekend rate. I use to be a private driver. You can still accommodate a morning customer on a weekend without ripping them off and without loosing the evening business. I was sorry that we were not able to make a Deal. I will say they responded immediately with their quote and I do believe the offer good quality service just at a extremely high price. My complaint is, to put it simple, you can provide good service and do it for a reasonable rate. read more

Unfortunately, I did not have a good experience with this company. Reserved a party bus to transport us one way only to a friends wedding that was only 20min away as well as provided a deposit. Received a confirmation email and everything stating the correct date, address and time the party bus would pick us up. When the time came for our scheduled pick up time the party bus was no where to be found. Called and talked to Dave and was told he had nothing in his system confirming my reservation. Had to provide him with a screen shot of the email confirmation and he replied saying that he must of accidentally deleted the reservation or something. He had no buses or limos available that would get us to the wedding on time and did not put in much effort to try and ratify the situation. Deeply disappointed in the customer service and the lack of action on their part to try resolve the issue. I still have not received a refund on the deposit that I gave, to which I'll have to dispute the charges to my credit card company. Do not trust this company because even with a email confirmation and reservation they still walked away with my money and my friends and I had to scramble last minute to find transportation for us all. Sadly because of this, 12 of the the bride's friends along with the husbands of the bridesmaids missed seeing our friend of 20 years ceremony. read more

The Sprinter that we had was super clean, stocked with the basics and was super comfortable and fun! ***After my review, the company attempted to reconcile our issues and gave us a credit for another future use. They could have left it as is, but they at least tried to make things right which I appreciated.** This company left up to 25 children stranded from their annual end of year graduation party bus ride! They left no phone call or message saying that their driver was missing. 45 minutes after their scheduled time did we finally get a call back from someone stating that their driving was a no show and they were sending another driver. By the time that driver would arrive to pick everyone up, we would have been late to our scooters jungle start time. And it would have been 1.5 hours late! We canceled and wanted a full refund they tried to not give us a full refund due to having to dispatch another driver we never said we wanted. Please read to the bottom to see my response to owner. We hired them for our wedding. They were absolutely disappointing. They picked up the bride and the bridesmaids up and the ac was not on. It was a hot summer day. We were sweating with our expensive makeups on and frustrated that the limo driver could care less when we asked for the ac. Finally after some elevated volumes in our voices he stopped in the middle of the freeway and tried to turn the ac on. Then he said it must be broken. Ok fine, so he took us to the venue. Then the limo driver was supposed to pick up some family members ( this was already all negotiated and planned for a second run after the bride and bridesmaid gets to the venue). The pick up time for at 4. Limo driver never got there. Apparently he decided to go back to his base to get a new limo with working AC. Yes that's nice and all but time is of essence at wedding! Our family members had to drive themselves and missed family photos bc they were waiting for the limo! Ugh. They never informed us they were gonna be late. During the bride and groom photos, the groom had to call this company to ask what's going on with the limo? All in all, we were not happy they gave us this extra stress on our wedding day! They did refund this first run ( although they still made us pay for the tax on that refunded run) but only bc we expressed how unhappy we were and kind of had to fight for it. They initially were like, oh we gave you that bottle of champagne. Which our reply was, ok we never drank that bc your driver never informed us it was for free. We'll never use this company. It was our wedding day! Don't trust them with important events like that. To David. Yes it was your company. We booked it under my husbands name. And we have email conversations with you. A large group (about 22) of my friends hire the bus to drive us to and from Universal Studios and the bus ride was almost as much fun as the park itself. The bus arrived on time and allowed us to bring a cooler with drinks on the bus with us. They have a nice speaker system which made the ride really enjoyable.
