I live out of town, and when I was having them put in my lawn, I had to rearrange my schedule many times to be there when they did the work so I could water. They kept canceling. I explained my situation and the woman literally said "we don't work around our customers schedules". Year later, my lawn is brown. I called to have someone to come out to take a look.
