Due to the high humidity, some of my belongings were destroyed by mold, mildew, and my printer box was wet with clear water stains on it after sitting in this storage for over 9 months. I filed a claim and after waiting over 2 months, I received an email stating that my insurance doesn't cover mold and mildew!!! Also, one of the ladies in the office lied on me so that she wouldn't have to take responsibility for all of the damage. This place is horrible and they have the nerve to keep raising the prices!!! I WISH I COULD DO A RATING OF ZERO BECAUSE THAT'S WHAT THEY DESERVE! BEWARE! BEWARE! BEWARE!! BEWARE!!
