Last summer the Air conditioning wasn't working. The owner himself comes out and says that nothing is wrong. The next day it's over 90° in the house! Another guy comes out and the damn compressor, the most Important/ expensive part) is broke. Hmmm. It's under warranty and Heath tells us that it will be around $750! I felt like I was being raped so I called the guy who put in the unit originally. His price was about HALF! So on top of the ridiculous estimate, Heath charged us $100 for his first visit of 10 minutes to say the AC was fine. My wife actually had gave him a check which I made her cancel. When Heath found out he started texting my wife. To the point that I had to call him and tell him that if he texted or threatened her 1 more time he would get a very up close and personal visit from me. Needless to say he didn't respond.
