BEWARE OF THIS PARTICULAR STORAGE FACILITY in Valdosta, Ga...!!!! It is suppose to be climate control yet is was 78 degrees in the storage area and 74 degrees in the office. Due to the high humidity, some of my belongings were destroyed by mold, mildew, and my printer box was wet with clear water stains on it after sitting in this storage for over 9 months. I filed a claim and after waiting over 2 months, I received an email stating that my insurance doesn't cover mold and mildew!!! Also, one of the ladies in the office lied on me so that she wouldn't have to take responsibility for all of the damage. This place is horrible and they have the nerve to keep raising the prices!!! DO NOT USE THIS STORAGE company! Any damages by other customers they increase everyone's monthly bill. The elevator hardly works. And it seems like they are raising fees on a monthly basis. I think their goal is to keep raising their monthly fees where people get behind and can't afford them. They then confiscate property and sell it off at auction. This place is a ripoff. They give you a good competitive initial monthly deal and by the end of three months the monthly fee is way above most as they continue to raise it without justification. read more
