He took as much time as we needed to understand particular pest issues, whether it was outside, inside the house, or more recently a rodent problem in the garage. A case in point: yesterday he came at our (short notice) request at the end of a very full day. He arrived at 7 pm and spent a full hour showing us exactly how the rodents got in the garage; made all the needful suggestions for moving certain stored items out (in order to deprive the rodents of desirable food, like dog food).
