Cody has built this business since 2013 on doing exactly what he says he does. He truly cares about his customers. When we moved to Waco in late 2019 we soon engaged a Happy Earth Pest Control. We have an annual contract with him. He took as much time as we needed to understand particular pest issues, whether it was outside, inside the house, or more recently a rodent problem in the garage. His great passion is his business and making sure he solves the issues at hand in the most efficient and quickest way possible. A case in point: yesterday he came at our (short notice) request at the end of a very full day. He arrived at 7 pm and spent a full hour showing us exactly how the rodents got in the garage; made all the needful suggestions for moving certain stored items out (in order to deprive the rodents of desirable food, like dog food). You can tell he LOVES what he does because his eyes light up in the knowledge that he IS solving the problem, as he has done numerous times before. Also, if after the quarterly treatment we ever had a reappearance of a pest, he immediately comes back out (at no additional cost) and fully remedies the issue. It is no wonder that his company is the highest rated company in pest control in the Waco area. We will always be customers and highly recommend him to any one looking for a quality solution to your needs in this arena. We have been using Happy Earth Pest control for nine months now. They are a locally owned and operated company. Last summer, we had a BIG problem with ants around the house. Ever since we started using Happy Earth, we have had zero problems with pests inside the house. The products they use are pet safe & green. Josh always takes the time to call us before he comes out to check to see if there is anything he needs to focus on. If at any time in-between his quarterly services we see any insect activity, he'll come out and do a touch-up spray free of charge. We love happy earth! We've used them a little over 2 years and they have always taken care of our problems! It is a locally owned and operated, owner comes and does service. Very thorough, I can call him and he's here mostly next day and sometimes within a couple days! I've never had such a great response time with the other companies!! Very friendly and also supports local schools/kids!! If I need retreat between services (heavy rains) he comes out. Very well priced!! read more

Happy earth pest control came out and sprayed my house today. I also signed up for their seasonal service. They came right at the time they said they would and had the entire thing completed in less than 45 minutes. Josh explained in detail what they would do and took the time to answer my questions. They quickly found the entry point the ants were using to get into my house. Josh was very knowledgeable about the products they were using and explained all of it to me. Both he and the other owner Cody are very friendly and totally trustworthy. I would definitely recommend them to everyone!! read more

Cody was unbelievably helpful. I live in an apartment and before he can come out an help me get rid of my flea problem and yet he spent over 20 minutes on the phone, counseling me on different solutions I can do at home. He also gave me questions to ask the apartment's own pest control guy (who is of no help), in order to get rid of these awful pests. I'm dusting off my (yelp) keyboard to write this well deserved review on HappyEarth Pest Control. I just purchased a home in Waco and I needed to kill some bugs. Cody was so awesome! He spent several hours, in the hot Texas sun, spraying my home. He even wiped down the spider webs and wasp nests. He was so concerned about my mom's allergy to fire ants. Awesome and thorough service! Extremely extremely extremely happy with Happy Earth. I called Cody day of frantically thinking I had bed bugs and beyond stressed about it after another pest control company spent less than 5 mins and determined that I had bed bugs. I wanted a second opinion. Cody came same day and thoroughly checked my whole entire room, every single crack, corner, etc. everywhere possible. He was so extremely thorough it surprised me and left me feeling reassured and extremely relieved that he found no evidence of any bed bugs whatsoever. Cody was very nice and informative and even gave me tips on some pest control. If you're deciding between pest control places look no further choose Happy Earth!! Lack of respect for customers. Used this company a few times and they never showed up on time and never gave a heads up they would be late. All I ever got was an excuse. I wanted to use a local company and I'm glad I am switching to a company that knows how to treat customers and do what they say they're going to do. Cody comes off as a nice guy in person, but when there is an issue he won't respond to calls and is very unprofessional. Do yourself a favor and don't use this company. read more
