Tom is awesome too but Dan is really the comic brains that Tom plays off of. But that's ok, I felt like I had the "in" on his secret jokes that very few people got. They play off of each others comedy, it's a little filthy, but a good kind of filthy not like creepy old man filthy. It's like sitting around the living room BSing with some friends. The topic range for the absurdly funny to crazy stories of hijinks and musings about life. They also have a news guy too, who is pretty cool. Ross. Sometimes they have special guest, like The Supervillians, or a comedian. If you listen you'll get sucked in and you'll wait for all week for the next show. Some may say it's similar to Orlando Style, but I assure you there is a difference between the two. While Orlando Style is geared more toward the young, fashion forward and well-known people and events throughout Central Florida,Orang Appeal is a bit more upscale in nature and focus on more than just what is going on in the surrounding area. Their first edition came out a few a months ago and, for a new magazine, seems like it's well written and organized. Like most publications, there is an overall theme usually highlighting a person or persons for a reason related to the theme. A large portion of the magazine is filled with advertisements and little blurbs about various places and happenings in the area. I've also noticed that this magazine seems to be somewhat geared toward women who are in their late twenties and beyond focusing on topics that are more grown up in nature. Being a Yelper, it's no surprise that my favorite part about this magazine is that it highlights the trendy and fun places around town including clothing boutiques, restaurants and home decor shops. Not only does it let you know where they are located, but a brief exerpt is written on each one. Most of the businesses mentioned are locally owned and operated. Overall, I'm a fan!
