When we picked up the car, no one checked the condition of the vehicle with us. There was no proper inspection and no walk-around to document existing damage. Because of this, I decided on my own initiative to record a video of the car at the time of pickup so that any existing damage would be documented. In the video, I clearly point to a specific spot on the car where there was already visible damage. When we returned the car, Click and Rent claimed that this damage was not listed in their damage report and therefore held us responsible for it. This was surprising, because the damage was already present when we picked up the vehicle and I had even pointed it out in the video I recorded at that moment. I sent them the video as evidence showing that the damage was already there at pickup. After a long back-and-forth via email, they refused to accept the video as proof. According to them, they "could not determine whether the video was genuine." In the end, we were charged €390 for damage that was clearly already present when we received the car. It feels extremely unfair, especially since the company itself did not perform a proper inspection with us at pickup. Based on this experience, I strongly recommend that everyone avoid renting from this company.

As it was 24/12/2024, they closed early, probably looked for us nearer to 6pm. We were held up for sometimes in the plane and with the border checking, we came out just after 7pm. We first time visited, asked other shuttle people where to wait for them. Then started waiting at stop 4 for long. Then called to the office. No response what so ever. Spoke to 2 different persons from road side assistance section of the same company. They refused to help. I said we are from abroad, first time here, you are from same company, why don't you inform someone that we are waiting. No help, we hired taxi and called to office next day on 25/12. Again no answer. I explained everything to discover car. They refused to help too. first they say, car company called us, though no proof, no miscall on my phone, no email communication. Then they said we called just after 2 hours of collection time, though I clearly mentioned I waited for shuttle bus sometimes then called. They both trying to digest my around £300 for nothing, no car, no service. Be careful. Do not get in trap.

Out of an abundance of caution, I also took lots of pics of the car. Within 2 hours I received a bill for hundreds of euros for a damaged tail light. I wrote back to them (via the local affiliate) that I had photos showing no damage. I got no response and so followed up with Hertz US. Only when I suggested that the difference between my photos and theirs suggested potential fraud, did they reverse the charges. Avoid this location and if you do rent, take extensive photos before and after your rental.

On return I filled with fuel on way to the airport. They told us to drop key in box and leave. Incredibly they then charged us for fuel without telling us. They are thieves. Never Again.

Nice cars, impeccable service and safe carseats for the children. The driver was very pleasant and drove safely. I lost my brand new sunglasses on the way, but the driver found them in the car and held on to them till the return trip where he gave them back to me. I will definetly use their services again if I am going to Majorca.

Had a mojito and it was great, they did not skimp on the alcohol. Crew was also very nice. It's a relaxing hour cruise with great views.
