She made me feel so at ease, and then she was able to switch out this pain in the butt ring literally in 30 seconds. I was amazed, and beyond grateful! She's totally a rock star! I'm planning on getting another tattoo, and I'd be honored to get a tattoo from her when I'm back in Florida. Customer service is so rare anymore. We scheduled 4 sessions and finished my half sleeve in less than 4 which was great for me being that was traveling back and forth from Dallas, TX to JAX for each session.
