I called back to cancel bc I was in traffic and didn't think I would make it in time. She told me to come in anyway. I got there 10 min to closing. She washed her hands and donned gloves. I've been to this shop twice. Customer service is 50/50 the first time we had a great conversation…read morebut once the needles went through the piercer realized it wasn't big enough so without mentioning it he pulls out another needs to then pierce it again. Don't get me wrong I love the ambition but a heads up would've been nice lol. Second time was about a week ago I got my frog eyes. My son wanted to come to the back with me but a woman insisted he can't go back there. Again, no problem but kinda sucks. Now... this is where the real issue is. My frog eye piercing is completely uncentered. They don't use clamps or measure anything they just go straight in. Now I love a good hood piercing but it does worry me a bit about the healing process. I do know the side effects and doubts behind the piercing so it's not a problem because I knew what I signed up for. I called because they used the bar you would use once it's healed and I asked if we could replace it and he said no because that's the only bar they have. In all honesty this shop is just a 50/50. If you're like me and do everything for the plot lol you're in good hands. If you're an overthinker and perfectionist I'd go somewhere else.

I went in to see if I needed a piercing to be downsized. I fully explained what I needed and which…read morepiercing it was to the front desk when booking my appointment. When I saw the piercer, he did not check the piercing and completely took out the wrong piercing that was still fresh and healing. I explained to him that was the incorrect piercing and he shoved it back in the hole. He thought we were doing a jewelry change for a different piercing, rather than a downsize for a piercing I came in for. I was in so much unnecessary pain and now I have to worry about swelling and infection for the piercing he removed and shoved in. I ended the season and left the shop. There seems to be a lack of communication and clarity between all staff and clients. I'm in pain, no service was done, and there seemed to be a lack of empathy or responsibility for performing an incorrect service. Will not be coming back and I would recommend others to find somewhere else.
