Les Norris got back to me expediently and professionally. Additionally, he also quickly responded to additional questions I had about the quote. Because of how quickly and professionally he handled my communication with him, I chose Memphis Lawn Care over four other bids. Within three days, he had already made time in his schedule to mow, trim, edge, blow, and bag my lawn. I left for work on Tuesday, and came back on Wednesday morning to a beautifully manicured lawn. The project was completed within the agreed upon time and the owner of the company checked with us several times to ensure we were happy with the results. We contacted them about the demolition and removal of two structures on our property. On our second dealing with Coleman, their second project was again finished on time, this time under budget as in the end we were not charged for disposal. And even though severe weather complicated the process, we were not charged for tree damage repair to our fence or the disposal of a downed tree and several large limbs.
