Outdoor project was a partial rebuild of the front porch, mostly ceiling and fascia that was rotting and poorly built to begin with. Eric carefully removed the gutter, built a temporary structure to keep it in pristine shape, quickly and expertly rebuilt the front of the porch, including extending the trusses a bit, painted, and re-attached the gutter. Looks fantastic. Indoor project was a kitchen floor installation + shoe molding, laundry room flooring, and some minor repairs here and there. All done expertly and quickly.

Since then, I've had them come out on two occasions. the first was to repair a tree hit and they overcharged and now I am wondering if the work was really ever done. On my last issue, a warranty claim on their roof install, they have lied to me and lied to the shingle company. Their inspector noted that the flashing around the chimney (due to a caulking failure) is leaking and caused drywall and crown moulding damage. The report they gave to the shingle maker for the warranty claim blamed the brick and mortar of the chimney, causing my claim to be closed. My chimney is not leaking and their inspector noted that. They then lied to me when I questioned them stating that the shingle company considered flashing around a chimney to be part of the chimney. The truth Is that they reported the brick and mortar being the issue, not the flashing. I, thankfully, was able to re open the claim because another roofing company verified that the issue was due to the flashing installed by excellent roofing. Excellent has not acted trustworthy with me.

Just then he realized it continued through our expensive steel roof & there was a gap between the steel roof & the pipe. The weather called for hours of rain for yesterday. What to do? Jimmy was so easy to work with & had terrific people skills on the phone. We were also delighted that Jimmy sent Eric out to finish the fix on the roof when he said he would yesterday afternoon. Eric was conscientious enough to fix a small crack on another pipe while on the roof. This was problem solving of the highest order for us.

Mitch was very unprofessional when he came to our house after a tree had fallen on it putting us out of our home for 7 months. My husband was not belligerent or drunk. Just because someone gets off work and has 1 beer to decompress from a long day of work AND a tree falling on our house making us unable to live in the home, does not make him drunk or belligerent. Mitch's terrible attitude was the problem in a very stressful situation. When they did remove the tree they drove all over my front yard with a bobcat, tearing the driveway and front yard up. I have proof of that and my insurance company is having to pay to fix everything due to Landmark's incompetence. We have stained concrete flooring throughout our house. Had 3 areas that needed patching/repairing…read moreand then requested a quote for epoxy flooring for the sunroom. Before using the epoxy, they sanded down several coats of paint on the concrete, then floated a 1/2" layer of concrete to level out the floor. Very affordable. The owner was helpful; the whole team was prompt, worked professionally, cleaned up afterwards, very easy to talk with, ask questions of. Would highly recommend Concrete Pro Coatings. We'll definitely call them if/when the need arises.
