We were getting $2,500 to $3,000 a day, for "one to three acres a day", just did not work for us. He was very patient with us, adjusting his bid as we figured out exactly what we wanted to do. And it was great to go "local" with him. He cleared four acres of dense underbrush, four to ten feet or more tall and up to five-inch thick, working with and around a couple of seasonal creek beds. He also constructed a 50-foot, gravel driveway, which included installing a 20-foot long culvert. We couldn't be there to watch every step of the way and he used excellent judgement making decisions where they had to be made. Excellent work. All in less than three days!
