I called Anytime Plumbing, and the owner, Charles Shouse, answered the phone. In less than an hour he was at our home, and in fifteen minutes he had diagnosed the problems. We had two issues: 1) a cracked sewer line on our property and 2) an issue at the Y connection where our line joined with the main. Charles and team fixed the issue on our property and collaborated with the City of Reno for them to resolve the other issue.
