mechanic is incompetent and sales person is a crook. Car broke down within weeks. So sad too bad as they laughed all the way to the bank.

Regretfully, she purchased a Buick Enclave 2009 on her own without having someone with knowledge of vehicles with problems go to the dealership with her. She was told by the owner of the dealership, (salesman) that the vehicle had a slight miss and the check engine light on but his mechanic had went through it and could not find a problem so he didn't think it was too serious. She drove the car for 300 miles and 13 days. Besides having an engine miss, the catalytic converter was also plugged. The owner stated that to fix the vehicle would cost $2,476.10. We found the parts on ebay for under $200. It appears as though taking advantage of her once was not enough. She paid over $4500 for a broken vehicle that the owner of the dealership knew had major issues. She is a young single mother that was taken advantage of by 906 motors. Avoid this dealership! They do not even deserve a single star! read more

My son bought a truck from Prised Auto for $10,000. Shortly after he bought it the truck was taken in for brake work. The mechanic would not put the truck on the lift as the frame was almost rusted through. The truck was declared unsafe to drive. My son and I both tried talking to the dealer. We were told that they had not record of the rust and we had no evidence it was there when the truck was purchased. At that time the truck had not even been driven in the winter when my son had it. Apparently there 75 point inspection can miss some very serious and dangerous issues. Avoid this business. read more

"Piss poor quality. Zero integrity." That should be this businesses slogan This place claiming integrity is like a blind kid telling you that you suck at color theory. I bought a bad car and from day 1 it had plenty of issues. Like most everyone else who bought a car there with poor reliability, I recieved no customer service. I wouldn't trust them to be able to wheel a tire down a hill let alone show Integrity. They did win the prize for worst rated dealer in the area... Buyer BEWARE and buy elsewhere! read more

On July 27th my son agreed to purchase a 2014 Ford Escape from Prised Auto in Gladstone, MI 49837. Immediately after purchase, the check engine light came on. Prised Auto agreed to look at the check engine light for no charge since we had just purchased the car. On 8/2/22 Prised Auto changed a spark plug and ignition coil set. On 8/4/22 Prised Auto had the car back as the check engine light was on again. The comments on the invoice are: "Found DTC's for a misfire on cylinder 4. Additionally, a intake hose clamp was not all of the way tight. I performed an intake cleaning and then took the vehicle for an extended test drive. No codes have returned at this time." They did not charge for this visit. Once again, the check engine light was immediately "back on". At this point we decided to take the car elsewhere. Before we got the chance, however, my son had to pull over because the car started flashing that it was "overheating". All the coolant was gone. I phoned Prised Auto of the situation, and scheduled an appointment with Advanced Tech. We parked the car. We are now looking at a $3,000 to $3,500 repair as the coolant leak is either a broken head gasket or a crack in the actual head. Advanced Tech found that the coolant was leaking into cylinder 4, the same cylinder Prised Auto referenced on their 8/4/22 invoice. There is no doubt in my mind that this car was sold to us with this issue. Prised Auto has taken zero ownership of this issue, indicating we bought the car "as is" and did not purchase their extended warranty. If Prised Auto did not know of the issue upon selling the car, their repair shop should have identified the issue upon visit number two. My son paid $15,000 for a vehicle that doesn't run, and now he has a repair that cost almost 25% of the purchase price! He doesn't have other options then to borrow the money and repair the vehicle. It's terrible, in my opinion, that Prised Auto was not willing to accept any accountability for this issue. read more
