Needless to say after multiple calls found most shops closed or totally booked. After reaching out to Jacobson and booking an appt we had a call back with a appt opening for us to get it in right away Tuesday. Wednesday we got a call w the verdict of necessary parts and repairs...new tranny ordered and by Friday afternoon Truck was ready for pick up and total cost came in under estimate. This team went above and beyond with their communications in the first place but today...weeks later we get a call asking how the truck was running! That kind of customer service has earned this shop our loyalty for all repairs my DIY man can't handle. Thank you Jacobson Repair!

Very knowledgeable and reasonably priced! I have my other vehicle being serviced there now and they have been working on it while waiting on other parts (belt and water pump) and I can rest assured they will have it fixed and very reliable when it's finished. On a recent hunting trip my aftermarket Magnaflow muffler system broke off at the flange just behind the Catalytic Converter. I was told by Duxlers repair shop on Skokie Blvd in Northbrook, IL that my piping had rusted out and was no good any more. I was quoted nearly $450 to replace the piping. As this was a stainless system that I spent nearly $500 on, I tried to get a warranty replacement. After I could not find my receipt for my system, I decided that it would be best just to have my old stock system put back on. My stock system was stored up north so on my latest trip up, I took my truck to M & D. It's a small blue building just off of the main drag in Norway, MI. I was told that the piping was still good and all it would take is a little welding, a little time, and a little money. Little is the key word here. He was done in about 40 minutes and I was out the door for $35!!!! They have a customer for LIFE! And Duxler has lost one more customer.
