I put a service request into AAA at approximately 5:30pm I didn't receive a wrecker until around 8:00pm not 911's fault but regardless usually when you call for a wrecker usually the driver will call you saying hello I'm with so and so company and I'll be to you in approximately how many ever minutes... Driver did not call me luckily, I was sitting in my truck and heard the flatbed rolling down the road the driver pulls up I told the guy it was in kind of a weird spot, and we could put it in neutral and roll it out for easier access or whatever he though. I thought being the professional he was he would've known what was best so upon loading it he almost punctured the driver's side rear tire on the bed and came very close to scratching my rim. but here comes the best part the icing on the cake he loads it totally sideways straps the front of the truck down with the winch on still but didn't strap the rearend down the whole way to the dealership it was going to I could see the truck shifting around!! because it wasn't secured properly if I could attach pictures I would. Other than the lack of professionalism and knowing what he was doing he was friendly but definitely would not use this company again... what a shit show read more

Bill and his boys sure do the extra for their costumers. My transmission blew out near Marshall, I was coming back from a doctors appointment for my 7 moth old baby. I called and Bill got there right away. Took me and my son and niece to coldwater. I told him that my transmission had just been replaced and I had bad luck and I bought another broke one. He made sure I got to coldwater safe, on top of that he did not charge me for the towed. Sometimes we forget in this world that there is still good people out there. For this reason I recommend them not Just as a business but also for their human compassion. read more

On Jan 18th, 2019 a Driver named Bill showed up to the address of my call after 7:00 am and certainly didn't put much effort into helping me get towed and then to work for the day. I lost 250.00 in wages because of him. First he didn't call when he was close to arriving so I didn't have his #....Probably on purpose. Then he pretty much gave up instead of cogitating for a minute or two to come up with a solution. He was not getting close to my vehicle because of ice on a upgrade on the driveway. All he had to do was turn his truck around and head down the slope. And use his winch to get me into position. Really? I figured this out in my mind as he was pulling off. And no cell # to ask him to return and try my idea! A second call By AAA to their dispatch office requesting a return AND to use a chain or cable was refused...I didn't get another service truck until 12:30 pm....way to late to work for the day. THANKS SO MUCH FOR YOUR LACK OF PROFESSIONALISM!!!! read more
