Driver did not call me luckily, I was sitting in my truck and heard the flatbed rolling down the road the driver pulls up I told the guy it was in kind of a weird spot, and we could put it in neutral and roll it out for easier access or whatever he though. I thought being the professional he was he would've known what was best so upon loading it he almost punctured the driver's side rear tire on the bed and came very close to scratching my rim. but here comes the best part the icing on the cake he loads it totally sideways straps the front of the truck down with the winch on still but didn't strap the rearend down the whole way to the dealership it was going to I could see the truck shifting around!! because it wasn't secured properly if I could attach pictures I would. Other than the lack of professionalism and knowing what he was doing he was friendly but definitely would not use this company again... what a shit show

I bought a used motorhome in Coldwater last August. Found Courtesy online, seemed good from…read morereviews. Thought they would be able to give me an overall inspection and take care of what service was needed knowing there were some things to be done. There was a wiring issue, they assured me they could deal with that. I told them I would be driving it to Florida in the winter, so I needed it to be ready to go. I specifically asked them to make sure the transmission fluid and servicing was good. So, I picked up the motorhome drove it back home to Bay City. I knew it would be needing tires. I discovered that the repair facility let me roll out of there with 50 lb when there should have been a hundred and five pounds of air pressure. You know what happens when there's a bad tire issue on a motorhome? It's not pretty! Then, on the trip down to Florida, there was a mysterious transmission issue. Seemed to resolve itself. Now, I'm driving back from Florida, and transmission issue reappeared yesterday driving through Knoxville, about halfway. Overheating, and error codes. Got into the Allison automatic repair facility. Transmission needs complete servicing, NEVER SERVICED SINCE NEW, and there's an issue with a speed sensor. So, Courtesy truck repair charged me about $1,300 for an oil change, and a cobbled electrical repair, that's probably going to need attention in the future. Based on my experience, AVOID THIS PLACE!

I called to cancel the request after waiting over two hours. I was given an initial arrival time of 45 minutes for service. After the initial time had passed I contacted them to follow up....was told it would be another 20-25 minutes. Waited an additional hour before calling back....oh truck is getting gas it will be another 25 minutes?! Not once did Gold Star Towing reach out to update me regarding service times. I could understand the delay and poor communication if it was snowing, icy conditions, storming, etc. however this was all experienced on a dry, sunny, 65 degree day. Don't waste your time or money!
