Bought a used 2007 pickup truck from a private seller, only received one key, but no key fob at all. Called 911 Lock and Key to talk about what they could do for me. He came within 30 minutes, set me up with two new keys, and two new key fobs, made them operational and all for $150.00 and great service. Its nice not to feel taken advantaged of, and to pay a fair price. Will definitely call them for anything in the future. read more

Me and my boyfriend were at dollar general and he accidentally locked his key in the trunk and we didn't have a spare. we went back into the dollar general to see if they had an unlock kit... they do not by the way. But a customer overheard me fussing at my boyfriend and then turned and asked if we were locked out, I said yes and he had something at his out so he went and got it but we still couldn't unlock our vehicle. We called the sheriff department and they told us it would be a while. But then 911 lock and key pulled up and had our car unlocked in seconds read more

Jimmy was great! We called him on a Sunday morning 10am and he was at our house in 25 mins! We just moved in and one set of keys worked but the other did not... It was awful, the guys were supposed to make a replaement key for my 98 prelude. He tried to overcharge me messed my ignition up and still didnt replace the key. I had to call pop a lock to fix it. On top of that they were rude. read more

My daughter locked her keys in her car this afternoon, which included her work keys. It took them 2 hours to reach her, when she was told initially he was in the Opelika area and she was located at the Mall. She called after an hour and a different employee answered this time. He informed my daughter he would reach out and have the driver contact her, which he did not. When he finally did show he was very rude to her. Then went on to say if he had know she couldn't get into work he would have gotten there faster. What does it matter what she needed her for? She called for their services and was treated poorly for it. Would not recommend them to anyone... read more

after learning i was a aaa member, the guy wanted to over charge me where i would have had to pay $50. aaa would have paid the $150,,,so it was a $200 service charge!! no way, i went to the dealership and paid just $51 ! i have aaa so, i paid $55 out of pocket and aaa refunded my monies!! thank you so much aaa!!! read more

His business card says "you are done when you say we are done or you don't pay". This guy should have a negative star. I found out after the fact he has an "F" with the BBB after I filed a complaint with them.

Our roof was original to the house and thus 25 years old. It was time to replace it, and after we…read morerequested bids from three vendors we decided on Renfroe Roofing. Our point man was Shane Renfroe, and through the process he kept in contact with us. Their bid was refreshingly within our budget, and we chose the Rustic Hickory architectural shingles. The crew arrived early in the morning, laying tarps and getting items prepped. Our 7am wakeup was when they started removal of the old roof shingles and felt. Through the day they were active and engaged. The crew worked quickly, and were very professional and polite in our interactions. By 4:30 they were in the final stages of cleanup, and by 5 they were done. There were several passes with various magnetic devices in the final cleanup to try to catch as many of the nails and other metallic debris that had fallen during the activity. After they left I made a cursory round of the house and found only 2 nails. The next day my wife spotted a place in our guest room ceiling where the drywall/finish had cracked a bit. We asked Shane to send someone over to take a look at that and a few places where we had spotted gutter guards that had been pushed out of alignment. They arrived within a couple of days, and they after a thorough inspection of the area and the roof above was able to determine that there were no structural issues nor probable leak issues, and that it was just a thin roof/ceiling structure and some incidental movement with people moving around with bags of shingles. They straightened the gutter guards back in place and ran another set of magnet nail catchers around the house a few times just in case. Through the whole process, Renfroe Roofing provided good communication, timely work, and quality workmanship throughout the process. Beyond a few plastic "tags" blown about by the wind they did an excellent job of cleaning the area, and we are very happy with our new roof.

So so so helpful. Seriously. I had the worst day yesterday and to top it all off, I locked my keys in my trunk, with absolutely no way to get into it without the actually car key. I searched and searched for help and Shaun and Jimmy seemed to be the only people who cared enough to fit me into their already busy schedule to come and help me.
