This is the third time I have used Pop A Lock. In every case, they arrived quickly and provided the service in a friendly and professional manner. In the couple of times I spoke with a person in the office, I was impressed with their manner as well. Yesterday, one of our grandchildren managed to lock the door to the room they had slept in while visiting. We discovered it after they had left to return to Ohio. I tried every trick I knew, but failed. So I called my reliable Pop A Lock company and shortly Carneshia arrived. She tried a myriad range of tools and the lock fought her. Finally, she went out and got a little device that was in fact an empty air bag. She fed it into the door, squeezed the bulb a few times, and voila, open lock. Locked keys in car, called Pop a lock, Brenda answered (I believe that was her name) asked for a quote for Columbus, she stated $64.95. She asked for the physical address so I gave it to her. She told me that was in Midland so it will be $79.95. Anyone that knows Columbus understands that Columbus and Midland are more or less the same! I work about a mile from the DMV. I explained that they are the same thing. Then she actually said.. And I quote "Ma'am, Columbus is the state and Midland is the city." At that point I told her I would call elsewhere. Called Southern Lockout they charge $40 if paying cash, and $50 if paying with card. They were there in 20 minutes.. And they were awesome! I would not recommend pop a lock to ANYONE! read more
