Eight months ago my daughter and I had our iphone screens replaced here. The next day her screen started peeling on the side. Then it started cracking again. Today she went to the Apple store to replace the screen and they told her that they couldn't replace it because there were screws MISSING!!! WTF!!! 911 didn't put all the screws back in her phone and now it's useless because the cracked screen cannot be replaced!! I'm writing this review to warn others not to replace their screens here. I bought a Groupon to repair my iPhone 7 screen which had cracked but they didn't accept it because it wasn't the original screen (my screen was repaired once before). Although it isn't specified on the Groupon, I still decided to repair my screen here because 1. I needed a new screen anyways; 2. They showed me where there were missing pieces (possibly knocked from the first repair man) and 3. It was actually cheaper than the last screen repair anyways. I left my phone with them and in 1-hr everything was hunky-dory. I would definitely use these guys again and simply think they should advertise on Groupon a bit better. read more

March 2014: My phone shatters at a birthday party and I get my iPhone 5 fixed at $100. At first I was so happy it looked great but 2 days later the screen cracked and the LCD digitizer went completely dark so I couldnt even see my screen. I went back hoping that there would be some kind of gurantee on the work that was done on my phone and I was told that my iPhone 5 would cost another $80 to fix, total $180 in 3 days.... Supposedly the screen itself for the phone costs $80 that's why they couldn't fix my phone for anything less than that. In the end I decided to get a new phone entirely before I spent any more money fixing my old one. So I did and I got an iPhone 5s and kept my old "fixed" iPhone 5 as a back up phone. Fast forward to now ...... July 2015 My iPhone 5s shatters and I start using my iPhone 5 while the screen I ordered on Amazon arrives. Sure enough a few weeks later the iPhone 5 that I had "fixed" here cracks AGAIN. But not only does it crack but the lighting from the digitizer is once again all messed up which is a result of getting my phone fixed here. So I ordered another screen from Amazon this time for the iPhone 5. When the iPhone 5 shattered the first time the lighting of the scene wasn't an issue. When the screen on my iPhone 5s shattered, the phones lighting was never an issue. So why is it that the LCD on the iPhone 5 isn't stable after I "fixed" it at 911? Yesterday, August 19th, 2015 I receive my screens and I start replacing it myself using a how to YouTube video. iPhone 5s, insides are great easy fix. iPhone 5 the insides are HORRID! It was totally a half fast job. Original screws from my phone are missing and when he "replaced" my screen, he only replace the glass, not the entire screen that includes the LCD digitizer. So remember that screen the was supposedly $80 back in March of 2014? Yeah if he would have actually fixed it the correct way by replacing the WHOLE screen that costs a little less than $80 but the job he did on my phone was just the replacing the glass of the screen which costs $3. That is why after getting my phone fixed here there was always an issue with the LCD digitizer because they never replaced that part even after they charged me for it, TWICE! RECAP: He charged me $100 then $80 for replacing the screen which includes the LCD digitizer=$180 He actually used a $3 replacement glass not screen both times= $6 DO NOT TRUST 911 REPAIR! THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF LIKE THEY DID TO ME! 1. He lied to me by telling me that the screen itself is worth $80 to make it seem like he was doing me a favor fixing it free and only charging the screen and then orders a $3 glass. UNETHICAL!!! 2. He ruined the inside of my phone making it almost impossible for it to ever be fixed correctly. 3. The job done on my phone was crap! The materials used to repair my phone was also crap! My suggestion is ordering the parts on Amazon and replace the screen yourself. My mom replaced the screen on my little brothers Iphone 5 about a year ago and it's been perfect ever since. I recently had iPhone 7 repairs there. When I first walked into the shop, it was a small shop, connected to a metroPCS. I was quickly greeted by the manager, Bryan. I was referred by someone to go there and had a coupon for 10% off. I told them I'd like the screen repaired at the discounted rate. He apologized that he wasn't able to do the discount on this specific repair but he did offer to include the screen protector at a discounted price to prevent future damages. I was happy with the solution and the total cost of the repair. My phone worked lovely and the repair was so good that I was even able to turn in my phone at my carrier for a promotion! They said it was in immaculate condition. I'm beyond satisfied with their service. Not to mention that I went to have lunch at a restaurant close by and when I came back I only waited a few more minutes while they put in the screws. read more

I never leave poor reviews on little companies such as this one, but after getting my phone screen repaired here and having to come back about a week later because the screen began to glitch due to being incompatible with the IPhone technology (per Apple store Genius Bar), I am completely dissatisfied. This company advertises high quality products, yet even after getting the faulty screen replaced, I had the glass coming out of my phone, having to be pushed in every so often. Now, about a month after having the screen replaced, the screen cracked INSIDE of my bag as I was putting it on a desk. I'm not sure what "high quality" glass they use, but I have Ray Bans in my purse that don't even have a scratch. Save your money and go elsewhere. read more

Day 1: My phone screen is shattered and not responsive, so I take it to these guys to get it fixed. Day 3: I go to retrieve my phone from them and the wireless internet no longer works. I give it back to them to fix. Day 6: I return to pick up my LG G2, and they have put a Verizon labeled screen on my AT&T phone. Weird. Anyway, I inspect the phone and notice that the screen is lifting off the bezel. I tell the guy and he says that's fine. I tell him it's not, and he tells me my phone is crooked. It's not. He just doesn't want to do anything about it. I say fine, but if I have any problems with it I will take it back. He says of course, they will fix it if any malfunction occurs due to their installation. Day 20: I put my phone in my pocket, ride my bike for 3 minutes, and now my phone has a crack across the screen where the screen lifts off the phone. I take it back to them and they say their warranty doesn't cover "hardware issues." I've talked to the same guy every time I went in so he definitely remembers my case. I call his manager who doesn't care the least about my problem and is very defensive. For $130 I thought they'd do a good job, but it was the worst phone repair experience that I know of. Ended up taking my tablet for a screen repair (which took about a month btw) and they admitted to breaking the previously functioning home button. When they finally called me to tell me that my tablet was ready, it wasn't and it took 2 more weeks. After taking it home I noticed that the iPad also had dead zones. I gave them a chance to make it right and every time I took it to them (about 4 more times) the repair would take at least 2 weeks and every time more things were wrong with the tablet. Some stories they gave were that the glue wasn't dry, parts not available, the manager being out of the county, etc. The excuses were almost laughable sometimes. Oh and btw, the review about the guy being handsome must've been from his mother because she's the only person on earth that could find him attractive. read more

I had two items repaired here and 911 did a very poor job on both repairs. They repaired my iPad and within 24 hours it wasn't working. Then when I brought it back they charged me more to fix the errors they initially made with the repair. I paid them what they asked for to not argue with them and just asked them to do it right this time. The screen is still having issues, and the IPad presses keys on its own which makes it impossible to type or even browse websites. I was better off just keeping my screen cracked as at least I could use my iPad. I also fixed an iPhone there and after about a few weeks my phone just turned off and I could not turn it on again. When I later brought it to the apple store they told me this issue was related to the screen repair. Luckily apple still gave me a new phone. My sister also did an iPhone repair and ran into issues with her repair. Her sound stopped working on her phone after the repair. I honestly hate to write bad reviews about companies because I have a lot of respect for entrepreneurs and small businesses, but unfortunately this company does a very bad job at fixing iPhones and iPads and I do not recommend them. read more

This guy with glasses, & a beard is a bit unfriendly just off a conversation I heard with a client. (That's an understatement.) I am still having issues with the touch screen of my iPhone after having just the glass replaced now twice. There was no issue with the touch functionality of the phone nor the LCD prior to the phone being sent to get fixed. If you want a phone that functions, stay away from this place. The screen on my iPhone7 broke, and I had to repair it really quickly during my lunch break. I called and Jorge answered. He said iPhones aren't really water resistant (even though it's one of apple's claims) so he wouldn't trust anyone that would tell me they could repair the phone and guarantee it would still be water resistant. I brought it in and he said it would be just about 15-30 min. 2 hours later, my phone was ready and no one called me to tell me. I take it with me, and the screen is completely blue/purple and not reacting to my touch. That's a big problem on an iPhone. I call and after several failed attempts to speak with Jorge, he finally answers and tells me to bring it back. When I arrive, he tells me that it's because I didn't pay for an OEM screen but he will change that for me. Ok? That's the first time he tells me that and that was never even an option before. I leave my phone there a few more hours for him to do what I originally cane to do. Finally my phone is ready and I take it home. It was destroyed. It was so so badly destroyed that even the Genius Bar at Apple was shocked at the damage on my phone. Please please please stay away from this place. read more

I wish I could give this place a 1 star. I replaced my screen, not LCD. They forgot to finish off the job my screwing in the last few screws on the bottom of the phone so I had to go back in. The screen replacement that they did use was badly installed, and it was a horrible quality screen that would bulged out. I had the phone in a lose pocket, and I didn't even sit on it or anything. It was cracked on the corner. This was after a week of having the new screen. You'll get a better job done a) doing it yourself or b) paying apple. This place is a joke. read more

George is our hero. We brought him our IPhone 6 phone that had been stolen the previous week in a home invasion robbery and found in a neighbor's yard several blocks away the next day. Besides having possible been gotten wet overnight, it wouldn't turn on. When I showed it to him, he said there would be a $29.95 diagnostic fee that would be applied to the total bill if it could be fixed. Long story short -- he fixed it and I paid $89 after the diagnostic fee. This was a good deal. Lots better than spending $400 for an IPhone 6 replacement from Apple.
