DONOT EVEN blame the call center sine they do exactly what you hire them to do about the calls. Of course phase 2 started. They came over wanting to look at our roof. I told this fool you are trespassing get off of my property He walked about half way off and just stood there looking at me. I told him in a FORCEFULL tone get the (((BLANK))) off of my property. Here we go again today they stopped over at my niehgbors house and he walked right on our property cutting over our lawn. I told im donot walk on my grass. He said sorry. I said (((BLACK))). You are blanking piece of blank. That was TWICE for trespassing! BY LAW and can use force to push them off of the property. These are nothing but storm chasers using a call center to harass the public. Are they that stupid that they do not know that I can sue them for over 2,000 dollars for each and every time that they have called me not to mention the thousands in fines for each and every time that they have called me and possible jail time for each and every call.since it is now harassment??? Can I trust them with my most valuable possession? And to top it all off, I was just coming off of being sick for a long time. I was stressed to say the least. I starting calling numbers that I could find for local contractors on Google. I didn't want some independent who would take my money and run. I wanted someone who at least had an office and ratings that I could verify. I set appointments with 3 different contractors, to get bids. The first company basically (without putting it in words) told me that my house was not worth their time. Cody Burch with Resolutions came out with one of his foremen and measured and looked around. The house was rough, no doubt, but Cody was sure I would end up loving it when it was done. But I had one more contractor to get a bid from. I can't even remember who the third contractor was but his price close to Resolutions. When I tried to call him back, I didn't get a response (I may have dodged a bullet there). Long story short, I believe the Cody and Resolutions was put here to help me, and they did. My house went from the scary Halloween house with the peeling paint and the nasty siding to a nice, respectable home! The crew was fast, courteous and friendly and I can't sing their praises enough. I have a stack of their business cards, and being in the real estate industry, will recommend them to anyone asking. Bless you all for what you have done. I love my home (though I still have work to do).
