I put in an emergency call at 10:30pm and they responded informing me what they would do and said that they would be on the scene the next morning. The plumber cleared the blockage and the ACT FAST crew took over from there. So many things needed to happen and happen fast so that my home didn't become seriously or permanently moldy and musty. There was no way that I could have moved and saved the huge amount of contents that I had stored in my basement, besides the cleaning and stripping of contaminated building materials. The owners were on site and made certain that all of my concerns were addressed and attended with very careful attention. Their crew was top notch. They worked long days to complete the job before my home was permanently damaged. They were all extremely hard working and upbeat, as well as, kind and empathic. The owner's "take care of the client attitude" was extremely impressive and helped me cope with the situation. The owners made themselves available to speak to insurance adjusters and filled out all of the paperwork required of the insurance firm. ACT FAST asked me frequently if I had any questions and if I needed help with anything else. They assisted getting my contents back into my home. We were still charged the $78 with no compensation for my time wasted for one morning and one half of a day with two inexperienced employees. Really? If he was such a good guy then why was he fired? If he was such a good employee why was he fraudulently taking money on his cashapp instead of having customers pay the company?
