John was very professional, polite and very patient with all my questions - and he tried to save me money by explaining that even if the sellers and their friends and family all had copies of the manuals for the old locks they could not override them once he programmed a new code into them, but my peace of mind was worth the expense of the two new electronic locks. John also rekeyed my old-timey mechanical locks for the walk-in entry to the garage. I can't recommend John The Locksmith highly enough, he's the only locksmith I will use from now on. The floor began to curl and bow, right away. We asked Clarence to come take a look at it, and he wouldn't even come take a look at our floor. He did a terrible installation for us. And he will not stand behind the product he sells. He's the worst contractor i have ever delt with. Billy was very friendly and polite, dressed clean and got right to work. He diagnosed the problem, a condensate drain left undone by previous HVAC company. The drip pan had filled and tripped the float switch. He fixed the drain and vacuumed all the water out and dried out everything and the unit started working again. He then checked the refrigerant levels, topping off the low systems. All this in less than 2 hours and with service call and labor and refrigerant, less than $220! Never again taking chances with anyone else!

I now have a townhouse ready for the market whenever I decide to sell. As part of the painting project I also wanted a 220-volt plug behind my gas stove in case a new owner would want an electric oven. They are licensed for electrical work and they subcontracted with an electrician who finished the job in 20 minutes, although Wolf Clan had to cut a square out of my drywall ceiling in the basement to route the wiring. The ceiling was fully repaired in a few hours. In Native American life Wolf Clan is a band of people with honor and integrity. They are true to their name.
