We gave him over 14 THOUSAND in deposits for french drain and astroturf.i guess that's chump change to him and gets you put on the back burner? First deposit was Jan 31st, 2023 for the drain. still after 5.5 months nothing had happened. Getting alarmed, i asked where was the astroturf, since its not here in my yard. He said it had come in and was at SiteOne in Bixby, and even gave me the address!I went there twice, and verified there was no turf,nor was any waiting to arrive .JUNE 1st i asked for receipts for all materials he had purchased so far.Of course,none transpired. after waiting 5.5 months, we finally asked for our deposit $ back. which we got. At the final meeting, he had the audacity to ask for over 1K for blah blah. Of course we said "NO, there's nothing in the contract about that and doesn't he know whats in his own contract?" Then, he actually said this, "dont u think i deseve it for all the work i did?" Stupidly we read and trusted google reviews. I'm old enough to kown its a red flag when a company cant provide real life references. As i think back noiw, maybe he needed the 14thousand $$ to get by for 5 months and never really was going to do anything. Lesson learned??? Ask for old fashioned references and CHECK THEM!!!

Despite being behind because of rain, Steve made an effort to get out and get us a bid and talk through some ideas and suggestions the day after we made our first call. Because of the weather and having to push things back, he came out one evening to help reroute some drainage issues we had as a temporary fix until he could get out to finish the whole project. At that point, we hadn't even decided which company we were going with. He told us that it didn't matter and he couldn't, in good faith, let us go without some sort of help with the impending rain. In addition to being a standup person, the quality of work we received was incredible, we have never had a crew who took such care and paid such close attention to detail. They were all respectful and took care as if it were their own home. They cleaned up after themselves every evening and made sure every last detail was finished! Our flower beds needed major landscaping work. The team cleaned out the beds, pruned the plants and mulched. We also had trees and plants outside the flower beds trimmed and removed as well. Grass seed was planted to cover bare spots and it's growing in nicely. They also provide our regularly scheduled lawn mowing. The pricing is reasonable and they are always willing to work within our budget. Our yard at home and our families' properties in Sand Springs and Bixby are looking fantastic! I have low swampy areas and the wide expanses are "lumpy." they blamed it on the rain/mud... but they were the ones who chose to do the job when the ground was wet and rain was in the forecast. I pointed out issues along the way and was assured that they would get fixed. even after they were done and I pointed out issues I had, they said they would come back to address them -- but of course didn't. I can't say I'd recommend them for grading or sod laying... if you need something simple, they might do a fine job.

Once Pedro and Javier Lopez came and looked at the tree, I was given an estimate that was reasonable. They came back and trimmed all the branches and cleaned up the area. I need to explain that this is not my tree is my neighbors, but the branches kept getting bigger and made a mess over my yard. Lopez landscaping were reasonable, polite and professional.
