Quin, Sophia, and the gentleman on staff have consistently demonstrated professionalism, kindness, and respect. They will truly be missed. That said, I must formally address the conduct of Tonya. On two separate occasions, my 81-year-old mother was subjected to disrespectful and inappropriate behavior. The manner in which she was spoken to was unacceptable, particularly given her age, and fell far below any reasonable standard of customer care. Additionally, I found Tonya's interactions with customers of African descent to be deeply concerning, as they appeared dismissive and lacking in basic respect. When I attempted to address these issues directly, Tonya responded with visible anger rather than professionalism or a willingness to resolve the matter. This conduct is unacceptable in any customer service setting. Clients should be treated with dignity, respect, and courtesy at all times. A salon environment, in particular, should provide a welcoming and inclusive space--this was not our experience. I strongly urge management to take these concerns seriously and to implement immediate and meaningful changes. Without accountability, this type of behavior will continue to negatively impact customers.

I get acrylic pink and white and I am extremely particular about my service I get and about how my nails look after, how well the hold up etc. Pink and white can be expensive and some places seem to want to nickle and dime you on the process. Not here, initially I think I paid $50 for the full set (good price). I had just dropped in and they were able to get me in and out and my nails looked fabulous. I figured 3 weeks later when my nails were more like talons I would give them another try. I walked in again and they were able to get me in (revolving door of regulars). This time, I got Paul, now I figured he was the owner and I had previously seen his name in the reviews before. He did my fill so fast, PERFECTLY and charged me a reasonable $20.00. I was blown away. Another two weeks, I decided time to get another fill... Well this is where customer service and business ethic shined! I am extremely rough on my nails, I also do somewhat heavy lifting - so in two weeks time I had cracked and popped almost all my nails off. But I also never mentioned just HOW hard I was on my nails. Again, I got Paul - this time though I called and made an appointment. After looking at my nails, he decided he was going to take them all off and give me a new set. Technically, my pocket book was not supporting anything more than a fill. But before I could mention this he said he was only charging me for what I came in for and nothing more. That completely took my by surprise. I was so thankful!!! He did such a great job. I have to travel a number of miles to get there but its 100% worth the drive. I can not wait to try a pedicure there some day soon! The areas are clean, everyone cracks jokes and seems to know one another. They love their customers and the feeling is mutual. If you have any doubt of where to go and I can offer you advise, come to Pro Nails, I dont think you will be disappointed! They take walk ins but if you want something specific or hard (pinterest inspired) call ahead and make an appointment, just to ensure you have the right person and time!

Ive had many pedicures from other places and no one compares to how my feet feel and look after seeing Mary. My manicures are wonderful as well. Polish is fresh and doesn't bubble on your nails from being old. After moving away for husbands job we still come see Mary when back visiting family. It will be a great experience, I promise!
