Why in the world would you air just one sided politics. I can't believe it. I have the mountain on at work because I like the music. Our Pandora stopped working. So I listen all day 10 hr days. And I can't stand Harris. But it's just me. But at least you can air both sides OR NONE AT ALL. I have to turn the station now because of this crap. Jesus christ why can't you just not air any politics over your station? Please make a note and take this to an account. There are alot of us that would still listen if you stopped. I like what they play EXCEPT they repeat the same 20 songs over and over for several weeks. And even WORSE is that they stop songs in the middle! No not just leaving out the last line, but smack in the middle! You might be enjoying a fave and then WHAM! GONE. read more

I like this station, but you get tired of the songs repeating over and over again. Also, make the station fully live on my digital assistant, because it, at times, just goes to the beginning of a song, with no The Mountain phrase or something. Otherwise, it could've been a great station. read more

Their motto is "we play everything" their real motto should be "we repeat everything". This radio station has been banned at our work specifically because they keep playing the same 40 songs in the same stupid air-conditioning and plumbing commercials over and over again. One star is way too of a rating for this place, if there was zero stars I would give it to them. If you like listening to the same 80s garbage over and over again then I would highly recommend this crap radio station for you, but if you are looking to actually listen to decent music and you turn this radio station on it will make you want to drive off a bridge.. read more

I really enjoyed the change in music over the holidays, where the station played songs according to the letters of the alphabet. But, once the holidays are over, it's back to the same mundane songs that are played to death! Please, someone there take the time to think of some original playlists so us working class people can listen to a variety of old and "rare" songs. read more

The music skips and repeats all the time. Could be a fairly good station otherwise.

I hear good tunes playing, but inevitably when I happen to listen in the songs skip. Yes, they skip! I'm surprised no one else has mentioned this. It happens in my car, my wife's car, and cars we've rented. What's up with that?! read more

This station sucks lol. Claims they play "EVERYTHING", and I hear the same freaking song at least once or twice a day within a 12 hour period. The guys commentary between the songs are super cringe, and annoying. I'm a transplant from the Bay Area, and this crap they play on the radio is sad. read more

So Phoenix doesnt have enough Jazz listeners?....been listening to KYOT since the first day...had enough! Im so disappointed in the change of format...there are enough oldie stations out there....and though the repetitious easy listening jazz was all we heard...it was better than listening to Michael Jackson....damn....good luck Eva...just changed all my pre-sets...It would be a miracle to hear a True Jazz station in Arizona playing McCoy Tyner, Dave Brubeck, John Coltrane, Maynard Ferguson, Chic Corea, Herbie Hancock, Thelonius Monk, Charles Mingus, Michael Patrucciani, and the rest of the best of Jazz. Where did my radio station go? The new format is at best....irritating. I only have an old fashioned radio in my car and workroom and am lost. Does anyone know of another station I can listen to? Been searching- the old fashioned way- on the radio, to no avail. Makes me crankier than usual. What happened to the great Jazz music! I've listened to your station for at least 5 years and always enjoyed the jazz that you played. Now that you've changed - I'm not listening any longer, as I can get this type of music on just about any other station. Now if I want jazz (at home) I get it from our TV satellite. I have all but stopped listening to this station. The new format for music is not what I expect from a smooth jazz station. I don't like the new music at all. Songs like My Baby is real kinky dosn't fit the venue. What happened to smooth jazz and easy listening, and the classic songs that you used to play? Please bring it back!!!!!!! read more
