The prospect of moving an entire business, with a kitchen was super overwhelming. Duke and his team made the whole process so much easier for me. We were bringing over some used furniture, and piecing it together with new furniture and they coordinated everything with the furniture company so that it was as easy as possible on us. They provided us with these amazing totes on wheels to use instead of boxes. If you can use the totes I highly recommend it! The best part though was moving day. The staff that showed up was so polite, and so nice and really took care with our items. I thought for sure it would take them at least two days to get everything moved but they were done in about 3/4 of a day. Overall, they made the experience of moving much easier. I dreaded the move-in day because of the size of the delivery and the summer heat. They were on time - exactly when they said they'd be. They were open to instructions and followed them. They worked straight through, bringing things in, unwrapping and setting up, only taking a break at the end. They were funny, using humor to work well together and stay coordinated.
