It's filled with the kinds of home decor items you see on Pinterest ... cute signs, foliage, mirrors, end tables. Several Bible verse items. Think Kirkland, but a little less commercial. We happened to show up on a 20 percent off day, so you can find great deals if you know how to shop. The owners are super friendly. It really reminded me of the family atmosphere in The Shop Around The Corner from the movie "You've Got Mail". Just substitute home decor and great gifts for children's books. I loved this shop and plan to go back for their Christmas tree decorating class this fall.

I guess when one is doing targeted shopping, they may only see what they are looking for. Anyway, this shopping center is of good size. It's anchored by first and foremost Target, Ross, Marshall's, Famous Footwear, Planet Fitness, Golden Corral, Farmer Boy's, Juice It Up, Chase Bank, and many more businesses. I usually come here primarily for Target and from time to time Farmer Boy's and Juice It Up. I've supported a few of the other biz in the past, but not as a regular. I'm sure there are more biz I haven't offered my patronage to so maybe one day I may just have to check them out. It's located right off Main Street on the 15 Fwy southbound. Parking is ample so no worries there. Tesla chargers are available. If you're a local resident of the high desert or passerby on your way to Las Vegas or heading south from up the north, drop on by to do some shopping and eating or take a rest and walk around. First time at this plaza, Hubby wanted to quickly get Diet Coke (in my mind, why didn't he just go to 7-Eleven across the?) He noticed "Hey babe, look, Walgreens & CVS in the same place" I thought that was odd. That's akin to having McDonald's & In n Out or even Burger King being in the SAME lot. In any case, it was a total bust, Hubby said there's hardly any inventory for beverages at this location. That was it. Of note, the parking lot has such small stalls that I could barely open the door to our sedan without hitting the car parked next to us. What's more? The huge truck parked next to us almost clipped Hubby's side--thankfully he did not open his door as the lady backed out of her stall. Close call!!!! The chances of us returning to this location might be slim unless it's a necessity.

What drew me to this center is no other than the newly opened Cup of Cha (tea in Cantonese). Yes, you got it! You have boba... I am there! LOL This center has good options of shops and dining. Vons and Vons Gas are both here. I've never pumped Vons gas because my car may not be okay with gas outside of what it's used to so I just have to be careful. Anyway, if you're into boba like I am, Cup of Cha may be for you. So come on out and support Upland's local businesses. Foothill Town Center would appreciate your patronage. Thank you!

Parking can be found on the street. There is no parking lot. As soon as you walk in, you see Big Foot! From custom designs, engraved name gifts, rocks and whole Geodes (you Crack/hit it after buying!) To clothing and winter gear and Christmas ornaments both wood and ceramic. We spent the most time here looking through all the cool gifts and souvenirs and ended up making a couple purchased items. Items are relatively decently priced based on other stores in the area. So a good value. The staff was efficient and friendly as they were super busy being there was an event across the street and just regular foot traffic.

It contains a very good mix of shopping, entertainment, and dining options all in one place. It is conveniently located south of the Mall of Victor Valley along Interstate 15 freeway. Drivers can see most of the businesses from the freeway. Just to name some great businesses that anchor this plaza... Lowe's Home Improvement, Kohl's, Walmart, Michael's Crafts, Staples, Cracker Barrel, BJ's Restaurant & Brewhouse, Pancho Villa's Fresh Grill and Tequila, Panera Bread, Freddy's Frozen Custard & Steak Burgers, The Original Roadhouse Grill, etc. Tons of free parking available. I have offered my patronage and support to some of these biz in the past. There are still some biz I have not entertained... maybe I will one day. It's a perfect place for local residents for day to day visits and non-resident visitors to stop by for shopping and dining on their way to and from Las Vegas. Come on by and check it out! I was an Upland resident for over 13 years at one time. I don't recall ever visiting this Foothill…read morePlaza in the past. However, within the last year, I've been here several times now to dine at Sushi Shiro, Sea Queen, and L'Moon Creamery and most recently for driving school services from Sarah's Driving & Traffic School. This plaza is very old. You can tell there are alot of wear and tear based on the exterior of the building. If you're interested, a couple spaces are available for lease. It does have a variety of different businesses. Just to name some services offered... spa, beauty salon, threading, vitamin supplies, hair salon, cake bakery, sports bar and dancing, Mediterranean and Indian restaurants, and more. It's anchored by Taco Bell, Jim's Burgers, Sushi Shiro, and Sea Queen. Lots of free parking. The parking lot can use a face lift. There are cracks all over the ground. Anyway, I'll continue to visit this plaza especially for L'Moon Creamery and Sushi Shiro. Come on by and check out what these businesses can offer you.
