I am bummed.. honestly as an exhausted nurse and mom all I wanted was to go to Marshall's shop around and unwind after a tough day. The workers kept following me into every other aisle and just staring at items in the same aisle while I was shopping Making it very obvious that they were just there to watch me. Which is disappointing because I love this store and I love going to see what they have seasonally. I felt so uncomfortable like I was being targeted. I couldn't even focus on enjoying my shopping enjoying the new Christmas decor. I feel really bummed that the one thing I looked forward to this week was ruined like that. To make your customers feels uncomfortable is just sad. I get the fact that there might be some people that steal and ruin merchandise but to be that obvious and make the good ones feel so awkward all I can literally say is that I'm disappointed. read more

***This review is for their shoes section only*** We normally don't shop at Marshall's, but my youngest daughter needed some new boots. So we headed over here to see what they have. Shoe section is not the most organized. They do have the sizes in their respective aisles, but within the sizes, they have all sorts of shoes, but I guess that's how they run their shoe section. They just don't have the inventory of each brand of shoes available. It's really hard to shop for shoes here. We ended up walking through all the aisles and no cigar! Ok so I'm not much for shopping but having to buys a gift for a company bday part I decided to come here. If I'm being honest I'd never stepped foot in a Marshall's and was taken aback by the selection of merchandise lol its like a higher end ross......which is funny because the store is like right next to a ross. So if I'm giving this place a rating it would be a 3 star the aisle are kinda messy and stuff is kinda strewn everywhere and the check out was crazy long ......that being said the friendly cashier a small African American girl named Ashlegh I believe earned the that fourth star back she was so friendly and bubbly that she made my experience better.....but I'll still hold back a star for reasons already stated. read more

I always love coming to this Marshalls, the workers are always nice. Mariam was very eager to help me when I couldn't find a price for a decor pillow I had found. Sometimes some workers take a while to find a price if I need it although Mariam got the price in no time! She had great customer service and was very nice! read more

I've been shopping at this location about 6 years. I've always found associates and staff to be helpful. Sometimes the store is overwhelmed with merchandise and a bit hard to shop but I personally love it. If staff is seemingly rude or short tempered I don't blame them one bit. Retail is stressful at times. Customers can be rude and feel they are entitled to be rude, after all, they are thee customer. Go shop and make a retail associate smile. read more

The store is very clean and very professional. I was in there for about an hour and I did not see one single item out of place. You'll be surprise what kind of items you can find and at the same time save so much money. Top name brand without paying the top price. They have large selection in every single part of the store. I went to Marshalls for some last minute shopping on Christmas Eve and I was able to find some great gifts and in the right sizes!! I got to the back of the line which was super long however there was enough associates and they kept the lines moving! Great job!! That's how it's done!! I have nothing against going to discounted stores. Styles are outdated and sometimes just as expensive if not more than going to a regular retail store. I don't shop here often, but I still enjoy coming and checking out any deals that I might find. Saw a couple of adorable Snoopy onesis for my dogs I had to have. Then I saw an adorable Snoopy mini back pack that I thought would be perfect for when I take my dogs on trips. It'd go perfect with their onesis and for only $24. There was only one problem with it. It had pen mark smeared on it and there were no other bags like it. So I take my item to the cashier and ask her if there were discounts offered on stained items. I figured its for my dogs' snacks, leashes, outfits, etc. I didn't need perfection. She grabbed the bag and said, we sometimes do a 10% discount if we can't clean it. I told her that it would be awesome if she could clean it up. I didn't have any wipes to even try it myself. So she grabbed a wipe and began to scrub away. While doing so, she began commenting "customers always do this so they can get a discount and then when we clean it up they don't want it any more and walk away." The snotty way she was saying this to me, it felt as if I was being accused of trying to do this myself. The cashier stopped scrubbing the bag, scanned it and threw it in a plastic bag as well as my other items. Never even showed the bag to me to show whether it cleaned or not. I was going to buy it either way because I thought it was adorable and at a great price. I was so thrown back with her snotty remark, I was ready to walk away. I was just embarrassed, thinking that if I do she would think she was correct in thinking that I purposely stained the bag to get a miserable 10% discount that would just about cover the taxes. Yipee! A whole $2.40 discount!!!! Now I'll have enough to buy that Nancy Gonzalez purse I've been eyeing for a while. So I reluctantly paid for the items and walked out. To add insult to injury. When I got home to check out the bag. Although about 90% of it cleaned off, it was still stained. Now that the shock has worn off, I'm going to go back, return everything I purchased that day. Horrible customer service. I knew I should have just bought the Loungefly Snoopy bag that I saw online. I'll look for Snoopy outfits for my dogs at Knott's Berry Farm and Amazon instead. I normally do not shop at these type of stores but I like to walk from target to some of the other stores in the shopping center and this is on the way. I happened to walk in the door one day because they had really cute Halloween costumes in the window and I wanted to check them out. They were $20 and I think that is normal going rate. They were cute and I thought my kids might like them. I didn't buy them because I wanted my kids to see them first. I looked around the rest of the store and it was full of bargain stuff. Not my type of store but well organized. I did like some of the thanksgiving decorations and bought a few things. They are mostly clothes and shoes. People are mostly shopping in those areas so the rest of the store is open. read more

Shopping wise in the HD this would be the highlight. I prefer TJ Maxx anyday but this is a step above the Ross next door. I have actually found some designers that I like here like Marc Jacobs, C&C California, Juicy Couture and even an Etro cashmere sweater on clearance for $25!!! which is pretty amazing considering the area (the only way that even made it to the clearance rack) The kids selection is descent as well as the home décor items, they always have a lot on sale, its never too full and the staff is nice. in all I'm glad to have a nice Marshalls like this in my area. read more

Management in this location are the most unprofessional, heartless, careless people. On 1-22-22, at approx. 1:00pm while shopping, a girl near me started to have a seizure. Between myself and 2 other persons assisted on helping the girl, and calling 9-1-1. There were several Staff just looking and taking notes. I asked one of the managers if he could assist and all he stated was, "no, I'm just here to observe". Once the girl stopped seizing, one of the staff was asking for all her personal information, including her social. So to me, this store doesn't care about its shoppers. Just amazing how careless people are. read more

Manager wouldn't let me buy a stainless steel water bottle because it was missing the lid. I asked for a discount as I had other lids at home I could use but she said they have to put missing merchandise "in the back" for seven days because the lid might come up? Literally 90 percent of the water bottles on the sales floor were missing lid. Stupid. read more

Stopped in to look at some holiday decor since I had been a pier one next door. I usually love home goods and figured they might have similar items. They didn't have hardly any decor and what they did have was janky and out dated. I skipped all the home items. I don't dare look at the clothing cause I could just tell from afar it was real bad. I took a look at the beauty section and was shocked when I saw they carried brands such as; NARS, ABH, Tarte, Urban Decay and so forth. The section of the higher end brands was a hot ass mess. It looked like a powder bronzer exploded and it was all over the NARS boxes (they are black, so you can imagine how bad they looked) I didn't even bother opening them. I found an Urban Decay highlight and contour pallet in the box and with the plastic wrap still on. I figure it was a damn steal and it hadn't been opened or tainted by curious hands in store. Fast forward to getting home... I open the box hella excited to check out the colors and OF COURSE one of the contour colors is broken and spills all over my couch. I'm talking a dark ass brown color. Luckily after 30 min of scrubbing I was able to lift the color out of my couch. I should have gone with my gut instinct and not have made the purchase. I'll stick to Sephora and Ulta next time I want to venture into a new pallet. Also the girl who rang me up didn't skip a beat when telling me all cosmetics are not returnable. So angry. Will never step foot in here again. read more

Went into this store today I which I never shopped at a Marshall to exchange a gift with an accompany gift receipt for a larger size. There seem to be some confusion with the cashier. A manager appeared and told me confusing information that an item was returned. I told her I don't know anything beside I didn't purchase any of the items, I am a recipient of a gift more than once. Then something about giving me store credit and I had to pay the difference for the same item??? I told her that don't make sense. I should not be paying anything all I am doing is getting a bigger size and if an item was returned, the employee than made a mistake returning the wrong item because I have the sanders right here! Brand new never worn in the box with all its packaging!!! I live more than 25 miles from this store. I attempt to call customer service they are closed. I attempted to do an on line email complaint twice and there system just is horrible and didn't go through!! So I had to result here to share my horrible experience. For $24.99 MK sandals. Smh I will never go back, horrible customer service, untrained staff, and hopefully on Monday I will get resolution when I call customer care!! This store's cashiers ask for Photo ID with credit card purchases even for small purchases. It's really insulting as a customer. If I look like a hobo or something, then I might understand. But if my card is signed on the back, they are not supposed to ask for ID. I brought this up with the manager, and she still said I had to show ID. No thanks. I'll give my business to Amazon or Ross instead, which does not insult its customers. read more

I have shopped at Marshalls for many years when I lived in California and Texas and they have great people and merchandise.

My store shopping experience was terrible. I had waited in line with my card for my 10% off. And I got to the front of the line and the manager had seen I never used my 10% discount. Yet he proceeded to say that I couldn't use it because of the employee that didn't give me the 10% coupon, when I opened the card. Eventhough it would be my first purchase with the store.Then I called the store and now have to wait 7-8 days for a new 10% to buy things that will be gone by then. This just shows how little they care about there customers, I was buying $200 and more. read more

I spent an hour in the store to find the perfect gift. Upon check out the clerk informed me that my item had the incorrect price and refused to honor it. I requested mgr and he too refused to honor the price on the item. I plan on calling Corp. tomorrow and I took pictures for proof. Irritated at the waste of gas and time!
