Both events were held in our backyard and both had over 50 people in attendance. Pizazz had all we needed to make both events comfortable and manageable. They were very flexible and also worked with me through my indecisiveness, which was very much appreciated. Pricing also was very reasonable and they even gave me an un-asked-for discount when they found out that we were using the photographer they suggested! Very nice! I purchased two large number balloons and 10 individual balloons, which came out to almost $60. As soon as I walked out of the store, two of the balloons popped. I was in a rush, so I didn't have time to go back in. Then, within 30 minutes of arriving at my destination, one of the number balloons had completely deflated. After checking it, I noticed it had a small tear. At that point, I was already too far to go back, but it was frustrating considering how much I spent. I honestly wish I had just ordered from Amazon instead. The store itself didn't help the experience either. It was messy, unorganized, and felt cluttered walking in. The decorations were very outdated and not what I expected--especially for something like a retirement setup. The employees were just okay. There was a lot of side conversation going on instead of helping customers, although I will say one gentleman who assisted me was helpful and professional. I'm not someone who usually leaves one-star reviews or asks for refunds, but I wouldn't recommend this place--even for last-minute decorations.
