I really musty say that I was truly impressed with this company. About 2 hours after selecting the bouncer I want I from their website, i got a call from the company's reps, confirming the date time I need the equipment. The equipment was delivered on time and is clean. The bounce house we got was almost brand new, (it held the air well and was nice and firm, its easy to tell when a bouncer has leaks here and there). What I also like is that their staff is in touch with me, confirming if the equipment was setup right, and the balloon maker confirmed his time, then if the the ballon maker arrived on time. That tells me that this is a good company to deal with! I mentioned the balloon maker, which we got. Roger the balloon maker really made the party more enjoyable for the kids and adults. All the kids were entertained by him, he interacted and engaged the kids really well!!! I highly recommend this company.. Im usually not one who'll write reviews, but I figured this could be a good public service for people wanting to rent from a good company and have their special event run as seamless as possible, I will definitely rent from them again.
