The whole experience was easy and they are such a nice family. They are insured for SB County, so you can use them at any park or at your house. We found what we wanted through their website, emailed to set the reservation up. They responded quickly, and helped us with details, noticing things I didn't (like that the site at the park didn't have electricity and they provided a generator). When they came to set up they were on time, so professional, and so nice. Same with taking it down. They really made our whole day the best! And their bounce house was very clean and well maintained. It's a tiny store but there is a huge selection and the man working the counter was super helpful in finding me some cute balloons to decorate our apartment with. He even made a cute little balloon bouquet with all the balloons for me and filled them up with the helium (see pic). I was super grateful, especially because helium is so expensive and it's somewhat hard to find someone who will actually fill them with helium here.
