Lily could tell I traveled for work and called out multiple areas that needed attention. She incorporated hot stone and stretching where applicable. I frequent multiple massage places through multiple coasts through my travels and I was really impressed with Lily's technique and bedside manner. Usually when you get a massage you get a full body even when you tell them a certain spot that may need more attention. The woman did a decent job on my neck and shoulders but barely touched anything else, she rubbed my leg for half a second while she answered the phone and was talking. I will wait.. and I am so glad I did. Lynn practices out of her home on the eastside of town. The spacious treatment room located upstairs is very clean and inviting. She's got a warm, quiet, grounded demeanor... a practitioner you can really open up and trust. I just completed the 10 Session series with Lynn and while my posture is not perfect, she's worked miracles on it. My sessions were never painful and I always walk out of her purple victorian feeling rejuvenated. You know when a healer has that magic touch... an intuitive knowing of which spot to press and work on? Lynn's got that gift and combined with a deep understanding of her craft and continuously learning new skills (she's always taking new classes)... it's a stellar combination. My last session was a few weeks ago and I am still feeling the benefits of her work on a daily basis. She's taught me exercises to do at home to strengthen my legs and feet, as well being more aware of my body in space. My fascia/connective tissues are so so thankful for her gentle and powerful touch. I am standing taller, walking better all because of her. If your body is needing a little or a ton of TLC... She takes the time to figure out exactly what is going on with you in particular. Her work is methodical and she explains exactly what she's doing, how it all works, what it may feel like, how it will help ... she's truly one of a kind! When I walked into the building I noticed a sign that directed you to take off your shoes and leave them downstairs by the front door. I took my shoes off but carried them up with me as I preferred to just keep them in my room as opposed to downstairs. If it was the wintertime I would have likely kept my shoes downstairs. It wasn't an issue. The entire space is clean and quiet. I was greeted by Sasha and directed to the room I would be in when I walked upstairs. We chatted a bit about how the session would go. I appreciate how Sasha took the time to review my intake form in advance. Thank you! Shortly into the massage Sasha asked how the pressure was but other than that I was treated to a very relaxing environment without any chatter. There was some classical music playing and I was asked if I wanted to add a scent to the oil - I chose eucalyptus. It was apparent that Sasha paid attention to areas that needed more work or were tighter than other spots. This wasn't a one-size fits all massage which is exactly I had hoped for. I was able to fully relax and felt less tense after. The foot scrub was at the end of the massage and it was a nice way to bring me back to reality before the end of the session. I especially enjoyed the hotel towel wraps. Overall I was very happy with my massage and glad that I tried out a new place. I plan to be a repeat customer!

Her space is small but cozy and soothing - I prefer places that are a bit smaller and hers fits the bill perfectly. She has amazing rates and discounts if you book a package. The online booking system is so easy to use! Parking in front of her building is also easy and free. In short, Sasha is a wonderful masseuse who takes health and safety seriously - cannot recommend her enough!
