This was back in April.....it is now July. I knew I should've passed this place on by when I attempted to come here the first time.....I ended up waiting inside the shop for like a good 10 minutes and the place was totally empty! No one came out to greet me or anything...I ended up leaving and went to another shop....had a weird vibe from that place and decided to give this place another try. Big mistake. I was told there was an issue with my logo files (which is why the tablecloth didn't come out right the first time, which is why he promised me a replacement), and he told me he would see if his graphic designer could fix it (before he attempted to print the second tablecloth). He said he would get back to me, let me know how much she charges and we can go from there. Ok fine. Some weeks go by and I emailed him trying to see what was up with my logo and if it could be fixed. He said she couldn't fix it, but he was gonna have someone else take a look at it. At that point (because so much time had gone by), I told him if the tablecloth can't be done with the files I gave him, then I'd be ok with having some other work done that would equal the amount I already paid, or I'd simply take a refund. Another week or so goes by before he responds back and all he said was he'd give me a call once he got back in the office. That never happened. At that point, I was DONE. I called my bank, filed a claim, and cut off any more communication with him. He tried to call me when I'm sure he seen that chargeback on his account, but I refused to answer the phone because there was absolutely nothing else to talk about. I'm so over these businesses with crappy customer service! Now I'm stuck with a tablecloth I can't use and I ended up having to pay someone else to make me a tablecloth. Please read the reviews about this business before you give them your money! It's a shame that it's not even the quality of the work that makes this place bogus.....it's the way issues are being handled that's gonna drive the customers away. I sent an inquiry on Yelp and received a response, immediately. From the first phone call, Ayom was patient and, although, we already had a draft, it required a lot of edits and back and forth design input from him. We did not pay for design services but, Ayom caught typos, and made several suggestions to make the finished product better. He was very encouraging, collaborative and patient and he probably could have charged me more for the value that he provided. As if that was not enough, on the day of the service, we ran out of programs and I texted to see if I could order more copies and get them in 2 hours.....Ayom came through and offered to deliver them to the church or hotel. The product and service far exceeded everyone's expectations. The program is the star of the show at funerals and I needed the family to be happy with it. My friend could not stop thanking me for choosing the right printer who realized their vision of how to memorialize their mother. Please do not hesitate to hire this company if you need the design and/or print services that they provide.

I too am a proprietor and I understand overselling and under delivering is unacceptable. I was referred to this company to service my father's obituary prints, no design needed, just printing. However, I was very displeased with the communication and the task it took to get the obituaries printed. It was completely scared I would not get the prints in time for the services despite paying immediately for the quote. Please do better.

Carlson & Co., Inc. for any sign making or printing service projects you need addressed. I was happy with the collaboration extended by Dave and his art department to address my project.
