Long story short, my wife had a home birth a few weeks after we had new carpet installed. Blood everywhere. Lots. Of blood. Awesome Customer Service I got several carpet cleaning coupons via Valpak and thought I would try one out-we have older carpet and snowpacalypse did a number on my carpets. I called each of the companies and chose A1 Chem Dry because they were the most professional on the phone, easiest to schedule with had the shortest dry time, for the best price. The techician Tanya is a ROCK STAR (seriously!) very knowledgable and personable conscientious and she did a FANTASTIC job. Loved having a female technician! Our carpets look new!!! I was blown away by the A-1 Chem-drys carpet cleaning. Very thorough and my carpet cleaned up much better than I thought it would initially. I was considering replacing my carpet; but after getting it cleaned, I think I'll find better use for my money. They were a little pricier than expected but my technician, Bruce, worked in a seasonal discount, that I wasn't even aware of and knocked the price down a little. My carpets were cleaned by Jamie. We were very pleased with the service. Jamie was very professional, thorough and friendly. He answered all my questions, and explained how to care for the carpets. The carpets look like new now, and they did dry in about 2 hours, as promised. I also had dog urine spot treatment added to the service, and the result was amazing! We used a different carpet cleaner company about a year ago when we first moved in the house, and they were unable to get rid of the smell that we inherited from the previous owners of the house. Weston showed up to our house on time and was very kind and professional! He answered all my questions/concerns and started working right away. He took the time to show me all the pet stains that were in my carpet. I had over 50 pet stains -- some small, some larger -- and Darrel took care of all of them.
