Miro's Carpet is family owned and he personally performs the service. He did an excellent job on my carpeting in the house as well as a large are rug. When I first called Miro he answered the phone immediately even though he was at a family dinner. He responded later with a written proposal. He arrived promptly on the service date. So amazingly grateful for Miro's Carpet Care! I called about a week and a half ago for a price quote and he responded very promptly with a very reasonable quote for our whole house. The morning of, Miro called to give us an eta so we were prepped and ready for his arrival. He was extremely professional and personable when he arrived. He checked out the whole house and got right to business. Within about 3 hours our entire 2300 sq/ft house was cleaned and nearly spotless (there was some wear and tear that couldn't be fixed). Miro Rocks! We called him out for an animal emergency. Our dog lost a match with a skunk at 3:00am, and promptly rolled around on the carpet when we let him in.
