He coordinated a site visit with pictures, sent a detailed estimate, coordinated the dumpster delivery with the HOA, and communicated during the job with questions and updates. Not once in the past two years has Airco told me my unit is rusted out, was installed totally improperly and a disaster waiting to happen. They came every six months and "Serviced" The unit but, never said it's completely rusted. This eventually Caused a leak in my house and their not taking any responsibility for it. The owner Shawn Galinski is a smug jerk that takes zero accountability for the AC unit his technician serviced on a Friday started leaking and creating a major flood in my walls and ceiling by the following Wednesday.
